Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi sikap guru tentang profesinya kepala, konsep diri, dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kemampuan guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD di Kecamatan Denpasar Utara yang berjumlah 622 orang. Karena pertimbangan teknis diambil 15% = 94 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan kontribusi sikap guru tentang profesinya kepala, konsep diri, dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kemampuan guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran secara terpisah maupun simultan.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed at finding out out the extent of contributions the teachers’ attitude about their profession, their self-concept, and school organizational climate simultaneously towards their ability to manage instructional process either desprerately or simultaneously. It was a study employing an ex-post facto design, involving a total number of 622 teaching staffs at the Elementary Schools in North Denpasar district. Due to the technical consideration only 15% of them, about 94 teaching staffs, were determined to be the samples which were made based on a proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire and observation sheets, and analyzed based on correlation regressions and determination analysis. The result shows that the teachers’ attitude about their profession, their self-concept, school organization climate could become tendency predictors of their ability to manage the instructional process at the Elementary Schools in North Denpasar district both separately and simultaneously.
