Kontribusi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi baik secara terpisah maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi yang jumlahnya 64 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sensus dengan ukuran 64 orang. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,2%, (2) terdapat kontribusi iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 29,7%, (3) terdapat kontribusi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,6%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim kerja sekolah, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi

This study aimed to find the contribution of tranformational leadership style, work climate, and emotional intelligence towards teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi both partially or simulatenously. This study belonged to ex-post facto approach. The populations ini this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi that consisted of 64 teachers. The sampling technique taken by sensus with sample size were 64 teachers. The data analyzed by partial correlation and multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) there is a contribution of tranformational leadership style towards teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi with the contribution of 16.2%, (2) there is a contribution of work climate towards teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi with the contribution of 29.7%, (3) there is a contribution of emotional intelligence towards teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi with the contribution of 10.6%, and (4) there is a contribution of tranformational leadership style, work climate, and emotional intelligence towards teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi with the contribution of 56.5%. Based on those findings, can be concluded that there is a contribution of tranformational leadership style, work climate, and emotional intelligence towards teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi.
