EFEKTIVITAS PEMAKAIAN BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM KARYA TULIS SEHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEROLEHAN SKOR SEKSI MENULIS UJI KEMAHIRAN BERBAHASA INDONESIA (UKBI) PADA GURU
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana efektivitas pemakaian bahasa Indonesia (EBI) dalam karya tulis guru dan mencari seberapa besar korelasi skor seksi menulis dalam UKBI dengan skor efektivitas pemakaian bahasa Indonesia dalam karya tulis guru SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. Penelitian ini digolongkan kedalam penelitian deskkriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, 9 guru yang telah mengikuti UKBI dan memiliki karya ilmiah berupa artikel dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data efektivitas pemakaian bahasa Indonesia dikumpulkan dengan mendokumentasikan artikel guru yang selanjutnya dianalisis, skor UKBI dikumpulkan dengan mendokumentasikannya dari Balai Bahasa Denpasar dan skor EBI dikumpulkan dengan tes. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dan analisis korelasi dengan Product Moment. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) berdasarkan analisis deskriptif kesalahan dalam sintaksis sebanyak 124 (36,58%), morfologis sebanyak 26 (7,67%), leksikal sebanyak 69 (20,35) dan ejaan sebanyak 120 (35,4%) dan (2) tidak ada korelasi yang signifikan antara pemerolehan skor sesi menulis UKBI dengan skor EBI siswa. Nilai korelasi antar skor UKBI dan EBI juga hanya sebesar 0,493.

This research aims at analyzing how the effectiveness of Indonesian Language usage (EBI) in teachers’ scientific writing and find out the correlation of writing session score in UKBI and the effectiveness of Indonesian Language Usage in scientific writing of general school and vocational school in South Kuta sub-district. This research is categorized into descriptive qualitative and quantitative. To do this research, 9 teachers who had followed UKBI test and had scientific writing which is in the form of article were selected as sample. Data of the effectiveness of Indonesian Language usage were collected by documenting articles chosen which was then analyzed, UKBI score documented from Balai Bahasa Denpasar, and score of EBI collected by test. The data were then analyzed with descriptive-qualitative and Product Moment Correlation. This research discovers (1) there were 124 mistakes in syntax (36,58%), 26 in morphology (7,67%), 69 in lexicon(20,35) and 120 in spelling (35,4%) dan (2) there was no correlation of writing session score in UKBI and the effectiveness of Indonesian Language Usage in scientific writing of general school and vocational school in South Kuta sub-district with coefficient of 0.493
