PENGARUH PENDEKATAN KONSELING KOGNITIF STRATEGI SELF MANAGEMENT YATES DENGAN STRATEGI SELF MANAGEMENT CORMIER&CORMIER TERHADAP SELF ACHIEVEMENT DITINJAU DARI TIPE KEPRIBADIAN SISWA KELAS XI SMK NEGERI 1 KUBUTAMBAHAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier terhadap self achievement ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah ANAVA dua jalur dengan desain 2x2 faktorial dan t-scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh konseling kognitif antara strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier terhadap self achievement siswa (F=4.800; p>0,05). (2) Terdapat perbedaan self achievement antara siswa bertipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan siswa bertipe kepribadian introvert (F=4.800; p>0,05). (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi pendekatan konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier dengan tipe kepribadian terhadap self achievement (F=4.800; p>0,05). (4) Terdapat perbedaan self achievement antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier yang bertipe kepribadian ekstrovert (t=2,639 ; α<2.048). (5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan self achievement antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier yang bertipe kepribadian introvert (t=0.1,469 ; α<2.048).

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the cognitive approach to counseling with self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier against self-achievement in terms of personality types. The sample was 60 students performed using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is ANAVA two lanes with a 2x2 factorial design and t-Scheffe. The results showed that: (1) There are differences between the effects of cognitive counseling self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier against self-achievement students (F = 4.800; p>0.05). (2) There are differences in achievement between students' self personality type extroverted and introverted personality type student (F=4.800; p>0.05). (3) There is an interaction effect cognitive approach to counseling with self-management strategies Yates and self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier with the personality type of the self achievement (F = 4.800; p >0.05). (4) There are differences in self achievement between students who take cognitive counseling with self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier that extroverted personality type (t = 2.639; α <2.048). (5) There is no difference in self achievement between students who take cognitive counseling with self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier that introverted personality type (t = 0.1,469; α <2.048)
