Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa variabel, yaitu: (1) konseling trait and factor, dan (2) pola asuh orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap kecerdasan emosi (emotional intellegence). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 7 SMP Ganesha Denpasar yang berjumlah 10 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling,yang mengambil sampel siswa kelas 7 SMP Ganesha Denpasar. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian pra eksperimendengan desain One Case-Shot Study. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner kecerdasan emosi (emotional intellegence). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh implementasi konseling trait and factor terhadap kecerdasan emosi (emotional intellegence). (2) terdapat pengaruh implementasi konseling trait and factor terhadap kecerdasan emosi (emotional intellegence) pada pola asuh acceptance. (3) terdapat pengaruh implementasi konseling trait and factor terhadap kecerdasan emosi (emotional intellegence) pada pola asuh rejection. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan , bahwa terdapat pengaruh implementasi konseling trait and factor dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan emosi, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, kedua faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecerdasan emosi (emotional intellegence) pada siswa kelas 7 SMP Ganesha Denpasar.

This study aims to determine the effect of several variables, namely: (1) counseling trait and factor, and (2) parenting parents together on emotional intelligence (emotional Intellegence). The population in this study were students of class 7 junior Ganesha Denpasar totaling 10 people. Samples in this study using purposive sampling technique, which took samples of students in grade 7 junior Ganesha Denpasar. This study was designed in the form of pre eksperimendengan study design One-Shot Case Study. Data was collected using questionnaires of emotional intelligence (emotional Intellegence). Data were analyzed using t-test. The results showed that: (1) there are significant implementation trait and factor counseling on emotional intelligence (emotional Intellegence). (2) there are significant implementation trait and factor counseling on emotional intelligence (emotional Intellegence) on parenting acceptance. (3) there are significant implementation trait and factor counseling on emotional intelligence (emotional Intellegence) on parenting rejection. Based on these findings it can be concluded, that there are significant implementation trait and factor counseling and parenting parents on emotional intelligence, either separately or simultaneously. Thus, these two factors can be used as a predictor of the level of emotional intelligence (emotional Intellegence) in class 7 junior Ganesha Denpasar
