Pengaruh Model Konseling Kognitif Behavioral Teknik Modeling dan Teknik Self-Instruction terhadap Self-Esteem Ditinjau dari Jenis Kelamin pada Siswa SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menganalisis perbedaan self-esteem pada siswa yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling dan self-instruction; (2) Menganalisis perbedaan self-esteem antara laki-laki dan perempuan (3) Menganalisis pengaruh interaksi antara model konseling kognitif behavioral dan jenis kelamin terhadap self-esteem; (4) Menganalisis perbedaan self-esteem pada laki-laki yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling dan self-instruction; (5) Menganalisis perbedaan self-esteem pada perempuan yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling dan self-instruction; (6) Menganalisis perbedaan self-esteem antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling; (7) Menganalisis perbedaan self-esteem antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik self-instruction. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen, dengan rancangan two factor design dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians, dengan hasil analisis data sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat perbedaan self-esteem pada siswa yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling dan self-instrucion; (2) Terdapat perbedaan self-esteem antara laki-laki dan perempuan; (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi model konseling kognitif behavioral dan jenis kelamin terhadap self-esteem; (4) Terdapat perbedaan pada laki-laki yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling dan self-instruction; (5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan self-esteem pada perempuan yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling dan self-instruction; (6) Terdapat perbedaan self-esteem antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik modeling; (7) Tidak terdapat perbedaan self-esteem antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang mengikuti model konseling kognitif behavioral teknik self-instruction.Kata Kunci : Self-Esteem, Model Konseling Kognitif Behavioral, Modeling, Self-Instruction, Jenis Kelamin.
The study aimed to (1) analyze the different self-esteem on the students who participated in cognitive behavior counseling (cbc) model; (2) analyzing the different self-esteem between males and females; (3) analyzing the effect of interaction between cbc model and gender toward self-esteem; (4) analyzing self-esteem differentiate on males who participated in cbc model; (5) analyzing self-esteem differentiate on females who participated in cbc model; (6) analyzing self-esteem differentiate between males and females who participated in cbc model based on modeling technic; (7) analyzing self-esteem differentiate between males and females who participated in cbc model based on self-instruction.The research was quasi-experiment two factor design. The participants of the study were all tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura in the year 2015/2016. The sample of the reasearch was taken by using randomize technic sampling. Varian analysis was used to test the hypothesis. Data analysis of self-esteem was found that (1) there was different self-esteem on the students who participated in cbc model; (2) there was self-esteem differentiate between males and females; (3) there was interaction effect between cbc model and gender toward self-esteem; (4) there was self-esteem differentiate on males who participated in cbc model; (5) There was self-esteem differentiate on females who participated in cbc model based on modeling technic and self-instruction; (6) there was self-esteem differentiate between males and female who participated in cbc model based on modeling technic; (7) there was no self-esteem differentiate between males and female who participated in cbc model based on self-instruction.
