PERBEDAAN EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK MODELING DAN TEKNIK ASERTIF TRAINING TERHADAP PERILAKU AGRESIF DI TINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN SISWA KELAS IX SMP NEGERI 3 ABIANSEMAL

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas teknik modeling dan teknik asertif training unuk memenilisasi perilaku agresif siwa ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 590 orang siswa terdistribusi dalam 16 kelas dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 158 orang terdistribusi dalam 4 kelas, direkrut dengan menggunakan teknik porposif dan random sampling. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan rangcangan penelitian eksperimen model One Guop pretest-postest design
Data dikumpulkan menggukan angket perilaku agresif dan dianalisis secara statistik mengunakan, Anava 2 jalur, uji beda rata (uji t), uji dan Tukey dan Scheffe. Analisis data menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Konseling teknik modeling lebih efektif memenimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa dibandingakan dengan teknik asertif training, (2) Jenis kelamin berpengaruh terhadap perubahan perilaku agresif siswa, (3) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara teknik konseling dengan jenis kelamin dalam memenimalisasi perilaku agresif, (4) teknik modeling lebih efektif dalam memenimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa laki-laki dibandingakan dengan teknik asertif training, (5) teknik modeling lebih efektif dalam memenimalisasi perilaku agresif siswa perempuan dibandingakan dengan teknik asertif training. Menimalisasi perilaku agresif baik untuk siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan dapat diupayakan dengan mengimplementasikan model layanan bimbingan konseling teknik modeling.

The aim of research to determine differences in the effectiveness of modeling techniques and techniques transform memenilisasi training assertive aggressive behavior of students in terms of gender. The study population is distributed as many as 590 students in 16 classes and 158 samples are distributed in 4 classes, were recruited using random sampling techniques and porposif. This study was designed using a model experimental research rangcangan One Guop pretest-posttest design. Data were collected using a questionnaire aggressive behavior and statistically analyzed using, Anova 2 lanes, average difference test (t test), test and Tukey and Scheffe. Analysis of the data showed that: (1) Counseling modeling techniques to more effectively reduce the aggressive behavior of students is compared with the technique of assertiveness training, (2) Gender effect on changes in aggressive behavior of students, (3) there is no interaction effect between counseling techniques with sex in lowers aggressive behavior, (4) modeling technique is more effective in menurunkani aggressive behavior of male students is compared with assertive training techniques, (5) modeling technique is more effective in reducing aggressive behavior of female students is compared with assertive training techniques. Lowers aggressive behavior both for boys and girls can be pursued by implementing a counseling service model modeling techniques
