EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING DAN ASERTIF TERHADAP SELF-ADJUSMENT DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 3 ABIANSEMAL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan Self Adjusment antara siswa yang mengikuti teori konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan teknik latihan asertif. (2) Pengaruh interaksi antara penerapan teknik konseling dengan jenis kelamin terhadap peningkatan self adjustment. (3) Perbedaan self adjustment antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan latihan asertif siswa laki –laki. (4) Perbedaan self adjustment antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan latihan asertif siswa perempuan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) dengan rancangan The Posttest Only Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan random sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3Abiansemal, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 573 siswa. Data self adjusment siswa dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji Anava dua jalur dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan Self Adjusment antara siswa yang mengikuti teori konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan teknik latihan asertif. (2) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara penerapan teknik konseling dengan jenis kelamin terhadap peningkatan self adjustment. (3) Terdapat perbedaan self adjustment antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan latihan asertif siswa laki –laki. (4) Terdapat perbedaan self adjustment antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan latihan asertif siswa perempuan.

The purpose of this research was to determine: (1) the difference of self-adjusments among students who joined behavioral counseling modeling techniques with assertive training technique , (2) interaction between technique counseling toward opposite sex of student to self-adjusments, ( 3 ) the difference in self-adjusments between male sex student who joined behavioral counseling techniques with student who joined the modelling of assertive training tecknique, ( 4 ) the difference in self-adjusments between female sex student who joined behavioral counseling techniques with student who joined the modelling of assertive training tecknique. The type of this research is quasi experiment (quasi experiment) with posttest only control group design. Random sampling was conducted for this experiment. This research was done at SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal with 573 students population in grade 7 in 2015/2016 school year. The self-adjusment data of students was collected through the questionnaire. The result data from the research were analyzed using descriptive statistic and Two Ways Anava and continued with the Tukey statistic. Based on the result of the analysis, it was found that: (1) there was a gap in self-adjusnments between students who joined the behavioral counseling modelling techniques with student who joined the assertive training techniques , (2) there is an interactions between the application of counseling tecknique in gender differences of students too self-adjusment, (3) there was a gap in self adjusments between students who joined the behavioral counseling with the techniques of modeling and the techniques of assertive training to male sex student, (4) there was a gap in self adjusments between students who joined the behavioral counseling with the techniques of modeling and the techniques of assertive training to male sex student.
