EFEKTIVITAS TEORI KONSELING KOGNITIF DENGAN TEKNIK RESTRUCTURING COGNITIVE DAN TEKNIK REFRAMING TERHADAP SELF EXHIBITION DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN SISWA KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 TEGALLALANG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas teori konseling kognitif dengan teknik restructuring cognitive dan teknik reframing terhadap self exhibition ditinjau dari jenis kelamin siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Tegallalang . Rancangan penelitian menggunakan two factorial design dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) terdapat perbedaan self exhibition antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling kognitif dengan teknik restructuring cognitive dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti teknik reframing. (FA = 7,78 dengan p < 0,05), 2) terdapat perbedaan self exhibition antara siswa yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. . (FB = 5,04 dengan p < 0,05), 3) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara konseling kognitif dengan teknik restructuring cognitive dan teknik reframing dengan jenis kelamin. (FAB = 5,19 dengan p < 0,05, 4) terdapat perbedaan pada siswa berjenis kelamin laki-laki jika diterapkan teknik restructuring cognitive dan teknik reframing terhadap self exhibition. (Q= 5,11 dengan p < 0,05), 5) terdapat perbedaan pada siswa berjenis kelamin perempuan jika diterapkan teknik restructuring cognitive dan teknik reframing terhadap self exhibition. (Q = 5,06 dengan p < 0,05), 6) terdapat perbedaan dalam penerapan konseling kognitif dengan teknik restructuring cognitive pada siswa yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan terhadap self exhibition. (Q = 4,52 dengan p < 0,05), dan 7) terdapat perbedaan dalam penerapan konseling kognitif dengan teknik reframing pada siswa yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan terhadap self exhibition. (Q = 4,96 dengan p < 0,05).

There are the indicators of self exhibition: 1) to make impression, 2) to be seen and heard, 3) to make people excited, and 4) to entertain. Research design used two factorial design with sample of 80 students, selected using random sampling technique. Research data were analyzed using two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA) and then continued with Tukey test. (FB = 5,04 with p < 0,05), 3) there is an interaction effect between cognitive counseling with restructuring cognitive technique and reframing technique with gender.
