PERBEDAAN EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK ASSERTIVE DENGAN TEKNIK SHAPPING DALAM MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN DAN PERCAYA DIRI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) perbedaan disiplin siswa antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik assertive dengan siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik shapping pada siswa kelas XI SMA Saraswati Seririt, dan 2) perbedaan percaya diri siswa antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik assertive dengan siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik shapping pada siswa kelas XI SMA Saraswati Seririt, Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen murni dengan menggunakan desain posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki disiplin dan percaya diri rendah dan sampel penelitiannya berjumlah 10 orang. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin dan percaya diri. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis analisis non parametrik dengan teknik Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Pertama, terdapat perbedaan disiplin siswa antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik assertive dan siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik shapping pada siswa kelas XI SMA Saraswati (F=0,009; p<0,05) dan secara perhitungan manual diperoleh hasil h hitung > h tabel (6,818>3,841). Kedua, terdapat perbedaan percaya diri siswa antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik assertive dan siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik shapping pada siswa kelas XI SMA Saraswati (F= 0,016; p<0,05) dan secara perhitungan manual diperoleh hasil h hitung > h tabel (5,770>3,841).

The population of this study is the student’s who have low discipline and self confident and 10 students are selected as samples. The variables of this research are discipline and self-confidence. Method of data collection was done by using questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using Non-Parametric test with Kruskal-Wallis Technique.
