Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Asertive Training dan Teknik Token Economy Terhadap Perilaku Prososial Ditinjau dari Jenis Kelamin pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik asertive training dan teknik token economy terhadap perilaku prososial ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain factorial 2 X 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 405 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang siswa. Masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 7 orang siswa perempuan dan laki-laki. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon (Uji Jenjang Berlapis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik asertive training dengan siswa yang mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy (2) terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial antara siswa perempuan yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik asertive training dengan siswa perempuan yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik token economy (3) terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial antara siswa laki-laki yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik asertive training dengan siswa perempuan yang mengikuti konseling behavioral teknik token economy (4) terdapat interaksi antara konseling behavioral dengan jenis kelamin terhadap perilaku prososial karena dalam mengembangkan perilaku prososial konseling behavioral teknik asertive training lebih efektif pada siswa laki-laki, sedangkan konseling behavioral teknik token economy lebih efektif pada siswa perempuan.

The Purpose this research was to know about the Effect of Behavioral Counseling with Technique Assertive Training and Token Economy Technique about Prosocial Behaviour that observed from gender of the students of X Class SMA N 1 Mengwi.This research using 2 x 2 factorial design. The Population of this research is all students of X class which totaling 405 students. The sample in this research amounted to 28 students. Every single group consisted of 7 students where each group is divided into groups of female and males. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test ( Test Study plated ) . These results indicate that : (1) there is no difference between the prosocial behavior of students who take behavioral counseling with technique assertive training and students who take behavioral counseling with token economy technique. (2) there are differences in prosocial behavior among female students who followed the behavioral counseling technique assertive training with female students who follow behavioral counseling with token economy technique. (3) there are differences in prosocial behavior among male students who followed the behavioral counseling with technique assertive training with female students who follow behavioral counseling with token economy technique. (4) there is interaction between behavioral counseling the gender about prosocial behavior because the behavioral counseling with technique assertive training more effective in developing prosocial behavior in male students, whereas behavioral counseling with token economy technique more effective in female students.
