Pengaruh Pendekatan Konseling Kognitif Strategi Self Management Yates dengan Strategi Self Management Cormier&Cormier Terhadap Self Aggression Ditinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier terhadap self aggression ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah ANAVA dua jalur dengan desain 2x2 faktorial dan t-scheffe. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dan kelompok yang diberikan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier. Jenis kelamin berperan sebagai variabel moderator. Variabel terikat adalah self aggression. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 80 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh konseling kognitif antara strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier terhadap self aggression siswa (F=12,714; p<0,05). (2) Terdapat perbedaan self aggression ditinjau dari jenis kelamin (F=9,156; p<0,05). (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi pendekatan konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier dengan jenis kelamin terhadap self aggression (F=4,321; p<0,05). (4) Terdapat perbedaan self aggression antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier pada siswa yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki (t=3,62 ; α<2,026). (5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan self aggression antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling kognitif dengan strategi self management Yates dengan strategi self management Cormier&Cormier pada siswa yang berjenis kelamin perempuan (t=1,06 ; α<2,019).

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the cognitive approach to counseling with self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier against self-aggression in terms of gender. The analysis technique used is ANOVA two lanes with a 2x2 factorial design and t-Scheffe. The independent variables in this study is the cognitive approach to counseling with self-management strategies Yates and a group given a self-management strategy Cormier & Cormier. Gender role as moderator variables. The dependent variable was self aggression. The sample was 80 students performed using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is ANOVA two lanes with a 2x2 factorial design and t-Scheffe. The results showed that: (1) There are differences between the effects of cognitive counseling self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier self aggression against students (F = 12,714; p <0.05). (2) There are difference in self-aggression in terms of gender (F = 9,156; p <0.05). (3) There is an interaction effect cognitive approach to counseling with self-management strategies Yates and self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier with self aggression against gender (F = 4,321; p <0.05). (4) There are differences in self-aggression between students who take cognitive counseling with self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier in student-sex male (t = 3,62; α <2,026). (5) There is no difference in self-aggression between students who take cognitive counseling with self-management strategies Yates with self-management strategies Cormier & Cormier on students who are female (t = 1,06; α <2,019).
