PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEHNIK MODELLING DAN TEHNIK PENGUATAN POSITIF TERHADAP SELF DEFERENCE MELALUI LESSON STUDY PADA SISWA KELAS IX SMP NEGERI 2 MENGWI KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Tehnik Modelling Dan Tehnik Penguatan Positif Terhadap Self Deference Melalui Lesson Study Pada Siswa Kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. Jenis penelitian Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi yang memiliki self deference sedang dan rendah. Selanjutnya data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta didukung dengan format isian berupa buku harian untuk mengumpulkan data komplementer. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah anlisis deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Tehnik Penguatan Positif terhadap Self Deference ( nilai t untuk uji hipotesis 1 sebesar 14.787 dengan taraf signifikansi 0.000),(2) terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral tehnik penguatan positif terhadap self deference pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi dengan hasil nilai t untuk uji hipotesis 2 sebesar 10.557 dengan taraf signifikansi 0.000. ,(3) terdapat perbedaan konseling Behavioral tehnik Modeling dan Penguatan Positif terhadap self deference melalui lesson study pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi dengan hasil nilai t sebesar 3.684 dengan taraf sisgnifikansi 0.004.Kata Kunci : Konseling BehavioralTehnik Modelling,Konseling Behavioral tehnik Penguatan Positif,Self Deference, Lesson Study
This study aims to determine the Effect Behavioral Counseling Techniques Modeling And Positive Reinforcement Techniques Against Self Deference Through Lesson Study In Grade IX Students SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi Badung District. Type of research Non Equivalent Control Group Design. With the subject of research class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi who have a moderate and low self deference. Further data in this study were collected through questionnaires and supported by the form of diary form to collect data complementary. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and t test. The results showed that: (1) there was influence Behavioral Counseling Positive Reinforcement Technique to Self Deference (value of t for hypothesis 1 test 14,787 with significance level 0.000), (2) there is influence of positive behavioral counseling technique of positive reinforcement to self deference in student of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi with the result of t value for test of hypothesis 2 equal to 10,557 with significance level 0.000. , (3) there is difference of Behavioral counseling technique of Modeling and Positive Reinforcement to self deference through lesson study in grade IX students of SMPN 2 Mengwi with result of t value equal to 3,684 with level of sisgnifikansi 0.004.
