MENINGKATKAN SELF EFFICACY DAN SELF REGULATED LERNING MELALUI KONSELING RASIONAL EMOTIF FORMULA ABC PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 7 DENPASAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling rasional emotif formula ABC terhadap peningkatan self efficacy siswa kelas X SMAN 7 Denpasar, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling rasional emotif formula ABC terhadap peningkatan self regulated learning siswa kelas X SMA N 7 Denpasar, (3) untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok konseling rasional emotif formula ABC dengan kelompok kontrol yang diberikan layanan di sekolah tanpa konseling rasional emotif formula ABC dalam meningkatkan self efficacy dan self regulated learning siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest-control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 16 orang siswa. Untuk memperoleh data digunakan metode kuesioner dan metode observasi untuk melihatsiswa yang memiliki self efficacy danself regulated learning rendah. Berdasarkan hasilanalisis, ditemukanbahwa (1) konseling rasional emotif formula ABC berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self efficacy siswakelas X SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar ini dilihat dari hasil analisis niLai hitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan tarafsignifikansi 5%, (2)konseling rasional emotif formula ABCberpengaruhterhadappeningkatanself regulated learning siswakelas X SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar, ini dilihat dari hasil analisis nilai thitung lebih besar dari table dengan tarafsignifikansi 5%, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok control dalam meningkatkan self efficacy dari hasil thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan tarafsignifikansi 5% danself regulated learning hasil thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan tarafsignifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti konseling rasional emotif formula ABC berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self efficacy dan self regulated learning siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 7 DenpasarKata Kunci : konseling rasional emotif, formula ABC, self efficacy, self regulated learning
This study aims to: (1) to determine the effect of emotional rational counseling ABC formula to increase self efficacy of grade X SMAN 7 Denpasar, (2) to know the influence of emotional rational counseling ABC formula to increase self regulated learning class X SMA N 7 Denpasar , (3) to know the difference of influence between emotional rational counseling group ABC formula and control group given service in school without counseling rational emotif formula ABC in improving self efficacy and self regulated learning of student. This research is an experimental research with pretest-posttest-control group design. The sample of this research is 16 students. To obtain the data used questionnaire method and observation method to see students who have self efficacy and self regulated learning is low. Based on hasilanalisis, it was found that (1) rational counseling emotif formula ABC influential in improving self efficacy siswakelas X SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar is seen from the analysis result niLai count bigger than ttabel with 5% significance level, (2) rational counseling emotif formula ABCberpengaruhterhadappeningkatanself regulated learning siswakelas X SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar, this is seen from the analysis of tcount value is greater than table with significance 5%, (3) there is difference of influence between experiment group and control group in increasing self efficacy from tcount is bigger than ttable with significance 5% and self Regulated learning tcount is greater than ttable with significance 5%. This means that rational emotive counseling ABC formula affects the improvement of self efficacy and self-regulated learning grade X SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar
