PENGARUH CYBERTHERAPY TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN AKTUALISASI DIRI REMAJA KELAS XI SMA DI KOTA SINGARAJA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara intervensi Cyber-therapy, dengan intervensi verbal-base therapy, dan dengan konvensionaltherapy terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan aktualsasi diri pada siswa SMA negeri di kota Singaraja. Data Self-Actualization dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan SASNA (self actualization scale of need assessment), Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian adalah “Pre-test Post-test Non Equivalen Control Group Design†yakni penelitian yang menggunakan intact group atau kelas, pengambilan sampel menggunakan multistage random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis varian satu jalur (Anava A)..Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan, perbedaan pengaruh antara intervensi Cyber-therapy, dengan intervensi verbal-base therapy, dan dengan konvensional therapy terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan aktualsasi diri pada siswa SMA negeri di kota Singaraja (dengan hasil F=3.055, signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 0.05. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui intervensi mana yang paling efektif maka di uji dengan tschaffe ditemukan hasil bahwa intervensi Cyber-therapy paling efektif pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri siswa SMA Negeri di kota Singaraja, dibandingkan intervensi verbal-base therapy maupun intervensi konvensional therapy.Kata Kunci : Cyber-therapy, Self-Actualization, Verbal-base Therapy, Konvensional
The aim of this research is to measure the difference of influence between Cyber-therapy intervention, with verbal-base therapy intervention, and with conventional therapy on increasing self-actualization requirement in high school students in Singaraja city. Data of Self-Actualization was collected by questionnaire using SASNA (self actualization scale of need assessment). This research type is experimental research with research design is "Pre-test Post-test Non Equivalent Control Group Design" ie research using intact group or class , Sampling using multistage random sampling. The analysis of data used in this study was an analysis of one-way variance (Anava A). Based on the results of the analysis found, the effect difference between Cyber-therapy intervention, with verbal-base therapy intervention, and conventional therapy on increasing self-actualization requirement in high school students (With the result F = 3.055, significant at the level of significance 0.05) Furthermore, to know which intervention is most effective then tested with tschaffe found the result that Cyber-therapy intervention most effective influence on increasing self-actualization requirement of high school students in city Singaraja, compared to verbal-base therapy interventions as well as conventional therapy interventions.
