STRATEGI DIET DENGAN IMPLEMENTASI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF UNTUK MENURUNKAN PERILAKU BINGE EATING DISORDER SISWA KELAS XII MIPA 1 SMA NEGERI 1 BLAHBATUH TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan implementasi konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif untuk menurunkan perilaku binge eating disorder pada siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen subjek tunggal, yang dilakukan dalam tiga fase dan setiap fase terdiri dari empat sesi dengan rentang waktu satu minggu pada setiap sesi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah satu orang siswa di kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh yang memiliki perilaku binge eating disorder dan berat badan diatas berat badan ideal. Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa buku harian serta didukung dengan pedoman observasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data komplementer. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) penurunan perilaku binge eating disorder siswa dari rata-rata skor fase baseline (A-1) 13,47 menurun menjadi 8,92 pada fase intervensi (B) dengan kecenduruangan perubahan level dari fase baseline (A1) sebesar (+) 1,8, kemudian mengalami penurunan pada fase baseline (A-2) rata-rata skor menurun menjadi 4,95 dengan kecenderungan perubahan level dari fase intervensi (B) sebesar (+) 0,2. (2) terjadi penurunan berat badan pada siswa dari angka 80 kg pada awal penelitian menjadi 72 kg pada akhir penelitian. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral teknik latihan asertif efektif menurunkan perilaku binge eating disorder siswa dan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan berat badan siswa.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling implementation of assertive training techniques to reduce binge eating disorder behavior in grade XII students MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh year study 2016/2017. This type of research is a single subject experiment, conducted in three phases and each phase consists of four sessions with a time span of one week on each session. Subjects in the study were one student in class XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh who have the behavior of binge eating disorder and weight above ideal weight. To collect data, used data collection tools in the form of a diary and supported by observation guidelines as a means of collecting complementary data. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistic technique. The results of this research showed : (1) the decrease in binge eating disorder behavior of the students from the average baseline (A-1) score of 13.47 decreased to 8.92 in the intervention phase (B) with the trend of level change from the baseline phase (A1) of (+) 1.8, then decreased at the baseline phase (A-2) the average score decreased to 4.95 with the trend of level change from the intervention phase (B) of (+) 0.2. (2) there was a weight loss in students from 80 kg at the beginning of the study to 72 kg at the end of the study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that behavioral counseling techniques assertive exercise effectively reduce the behavior of students binge eating disorder and affect student weight loss.
