Pengaruh Model Konseling Behavioral Teknik Positive Reinforcement Dan Teknik Token Economy Untuk Meningkatkan Self Achivement Melalui Lesson Study Pada Siswa Ditinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani Kabupaten Bangli
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh model Konseling Behavioral Teknik Positive Reinforcement dan Teknik Token Economy Untuk Meningkatkan Self Achievement Ditinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin Siswa. Disain penelitian the posttes-only group design digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani Kabupaten Bangli yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok. Selanjutnya data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan buku harian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah ANAVA dua jalur dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) apakah ada perbedaan self Achievement antara siswa yang memperoleh teknik Positive Reinforcrmrnt dengan siswa yang diberikan konseling teknik Token Economy (Fh =136,119>Ft =2.01), (2) apakah terdapat interaksi antara teknik behavioral dengan Self achievement (Fh= 2,440>Ft = 2,01) ,(3) Bahwa ada perbedaan self Achievement antara siswa yang mendapatkan teknik positive reinforcement dengan siswa yang mendapatkan teknik token economy pada anak laki-laki (Qh= 54,644>Qt=2,89), (4) Bahwa ada perbedaan self Achievement antara siswa yang mendapatkan teknik positive reinforcement dengan siswa yang mendapatkan teknik token economy pada anak perempuan (Qh= 44,466> Qt =2,89).Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral teknik positive reinforcement,konseling behavioral teknik token economy,self achievement,jenis kelamin
This study aims to determine the influence Behavioral Counseling Model Positive Reinforcement Technique and Engineering Token Economy To Improve Self Achievement Viewed From Student Sex. The posttes-only group design study was used in this study. The sample of this research is 30 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani Bangli Regency which is divided into two groups. Further data in this study were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire and diary. The analytical technique used was two-track ANAVA and advanced test using Tukey test. The result of the research shows that: (1) is there any difference of self achievement between students who get Positive Reinforcement technique with students who are given counseling technique of Token Economy (Fh = 136,119> Ft = 2.01), (2) is there any interaction between behavioral technique with Self achievement (Fh = 2,440> Ft = 2.01), (3) That there is difference of self achievement between students who get positive reinforcement technique with students who get token economy technique on boys (Qh = 54,644> Qt = 2,89) , (4) that there is difference of self achievement between students who get positive reinforcement technique with students who get token economy technique on girls (Qh = 44,466> Qt = 2,89).
