PENGARUH KONSELING KELOMPOK MODEL SPICC DENGAN TEKNIK BERMAIN PERAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERILAKU ASERTIF KORBAN BULLYING

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok model SPICC (Sequentially Planned Integrative Counselling For Children) dengan teknik bermain peran terhadap peningkatan perilaku asertif korban bullying siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kubutambahan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 7 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah t-test non-parametrik dengan desain posttest only control group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata (X) kelompok eksperimen sebesar 171,29 dan skor rata-rata (X) kelompok kontrol adalah sebesar 135,14. Dengan demikian skor rata-rata (X) kelompok eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dari hasil perhitungan t-test kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 3,001 > 2,179 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok model SPICC (Sequentially Planned Integrative Counselling For Children) dengan teknik bermain peran mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan perilaku asertif korban bullying siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kubutambahan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.
