PENGEMBANGAN SKALA MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI PADA SISWA SMK
Keywords:
Development, achievement motivation scaleAbstract
One of the main problems that researchers often face is the unavailability of instruments to measure research variables that are developed systematically and empirically that are appropriate for vocational students. Therefore, this study aims to find a prototype and acceptance scale of achievement motivation for vocational students. Achievement motivation scale was prepared using the Thiagarajan development model procedure consisting of 4D (four-D), which was modified to 3D, namely: define, design, and develop. The subjects in this development research included 4 experts and 2 practitioners, and produced a prototype consisting of 55 statements. Data about the prototype is then analyzed by giving a score on the assessment of statement items processed using Content Validity Ratio (CVR). The results of the CVR analysis with a minimum reference ≥0.60 show the results of the content validation of 52.2 and CVI 0.94, it means the instrument is said to be valid and can be used as a tool to determine the high or low achievement motivation of vocational students.
