DEVELOPMENT OF GESTALT CONCELING MODEL FOR STUDENTS IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

This study aims to determine the validity of Gestalt Counseling Model Development in Junior High School Students. Gestalt counseling is an approach in individual counseling that emphasizes more on the level of current and present awareness and how the behavior of past unresolved problems in the past can hamper the individual's ability to sustain relationships with his environment. In developing this gestalt counseling model, it is examined more deeply about the identity of the counselee at this time. The method in this research is Research and Development (R&D) is a type of research that is useful for producing certain products and testing the effectiveness of these products. The research design uses the 4D (four-D) development model. Consists of 4 stages, namely: 1. define, 2. design, 3. develop, and 4. disseminate. The subjects in this development research consisted of experts and practitioners, including 3 guidance and counseling experts and 2 junior high school guidance and counseling teachers. The data obtained were analyzed using Formula Lawshe about content validity ratio (CVR). This research is limited to 5 practitioners, it is hoped that further studies will increase and vary the number of practitioners.Downloads
