Efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling untuk Meningkatkan Self Autonomy Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas  konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan self autonomy siswa di SMK N 1 Singaraja. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di SMK N 1 Singaraja diperoleh bahwa beberapa siswa menujukkan Self Autonomy rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Randomize Controlled Trial. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random (random sampling) dengan populasi siswa yaitu siswa kelas X di SMK N 1 Singaraja. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji-t dan effect size. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil yang siginifikan antara kelompok eksperimenadanakelompok kontrol setelah diberikan treatmen dan efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan self autonomy siswa di SMK N 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan self autonomy siswa dan sebagai referensi bagi guru bk atau konselor dalam meningkatkan self autonomy siswa
