Pengembangan Skala Afiliasi Diri Pada Usia Remaja Siswa SMK

Abstract


The ability of self- affiliation is a step in one’s relationship between individuals, joining others and not having any adverse influence on others. In the school for particular, the development of students’ self-affiliation needs to get attention because   self-affiliation is very dominant in adolescence due to high social interest in the influence of social groups. Looking the importance of students’ self-affiliation, counseling teachers need to conduct an appropriate assessment for the best services toward students’ need. However, the availability of proven instruments in school was getting limited, thus the development of self-affiliation scale was required urgently.  The development of self-affiliation scale used refers to the 4D (four-D) development model with data measured in the self-affiliation scale using a questionnaire. Based on the CVR calculation results obtained CVR with the number 34 and the results of the CVI calculation obtained the number 0.85 which is very appropriate. The results of the CVR validity show that of the 40 items that have been validated by 5 expert examiners, it shows that these items support the validity of the instrument
