Efektivitas Konseling Cognitive Behavior dengan Teknik Restrukturisasi Kognitif untuk Meningkatkan Self Intraception siswa

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between pretest and posttest and to determine the effect of cognitive cognitive behavior with cognitive restructuring techniques to improve students' self-intraception. The place of research is SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in class VIII. This study uses a pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and obtained students of class VIII K as an experimental class totaling 29 and students of class VIII F as a control class of 29 students. In this study shows that there are differences in pretest and posttest Self Intraception. The results of this study indicate the influence of cognitive behavioral counseling with restructuring techniques to increase self-intraception through the effect size test of 2.43.
