Pengembangan Skala Interpersonal Skill Pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)
Abstract
This study aims to find a prototype and produce a valid instrument in measuring the Interpersonal Skill level of vocational high school students. This Interpersonal Skill Scale Research was compiled using the Thiagarajan development model procedure consisting of 4D (four-D), and modified by researchers to 3D, namely: Define, design, and develop. The subject of this development research used 3 expert experts and 2 practitioners to produce a prototype consisting of 50 statements. Based on the validity test, the Interpersonal Skill instrument developed by vocational high school students has met the validity criteria and is included in the high validity category with a validity value of 0.86. So that the Interpersonal Skill scale instrument for vocational high school students can be said to be feasible (used) has valid criteria.
