PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI ASESMEN KINERJA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DENGAN MENGENDALIKAN KREATIVITAS DAN KEMAMPUAN SPASIAL SISWA MULTIMEDIA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asesmen kinerja terhadap hasil belajar siswa “Menerapkan Efek Khusus Pada Objek Produksi” di Jurusan Multimedia SMKN 3 Singaraja tahun akademik 2013/2014. Penelitian ini didasari oleh, pembelajaran yang terlaksana masih bersifat teoretis sehingga tujuan vokasional belum dapat dicapai secara optimal. Desain analisis yang digunakan adalah single factor independent groups design with use of covariate. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah asesmen kinerja rubrik, tes kemampuan spasial, dan kuesioner kreativitas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik ANAKOVA satu jalur dua kovariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan asesmen kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang menggunakan asesmen konvensional ; (2) kreativitas berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ; (3) kemampuan spasial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara kreativitas dan kemampuan spasial terhadap hasil belajar.

This study aimed at identifying the effects of performance assessment towards students’ learning outcomes ”Implementation of Special Effect on Production Object ” at Multimedia program of SMKN 3 Singaraja in the academic year 2013/2014. This study was conducted to respond to the theoretical instructional process in this school which made the vocational instructional objectives could not be obtained optimally. The design was single factor independent groups design with use of covariate. A performance assessment rubric, a spatial ability test, and a questionnaire on creativity were the instruments used in this study. The data were analyzed by one way two co-variables ANACOVA. The results show: (1) the students’ learning outcomes are better with performance assessment than conventional one ; (2) the students’ creativity affects their learning outcomes ; (3) the students’ spatial ability affects their learning outcomes ; and (4) The interaction between students’ creativity and spatial ability affects the students learning outcomes.
