STUDI EVALUASI TENTANG PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN DIRI BIDANG SENI BUDAYA PADA SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh tingkat pelaksanaan program pengembangan diri bidang seni budaya pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Klungkung ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluatif dengan mengadopsi model evaluasi CIPP. Variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk diukur dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang terdiri dari 4 kepala sekolah, 16 wakil kepala sekolah, 28 guru pengembangan diri bidang seni, 4 guru BK yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Data yang berupa skor variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan jalan mengubah skor baku z ke skor-T. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pengembangan diri bidang seni budaya pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Klungkung ditinjau dari : (1) komponen konteks dengan kriteria sangat baik (53,17) dan berada pada kategori positif (+), (2) komponen input dengan kriteria baik (49,66) dan berada pada kategori positif (+), (3) komponen proses dengan kriteria baik (51,05) dan berada pada kategori positif (+), (4) komponen produk dengan kriteria baik (50,82) dan berada pada kategori negatif (-). Setelah diinterpretasikan dalam kriteria pada Kuadran Glickman, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pelaksanaan program pengembangan diri bidang seni budaya pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Klungkung tergolong baik, dengan catatan bahwa dalam pelaksanaanya masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi yaitu penyusunan visi dan misi, sarana dan prasarana, serta prestasi non akademik.

This study aimed at finding out the implementation of self development in the art of culture on Senior High School at Klungkung Regency looking from component context, input, process, product and the problem that was found from its development. This study belongs to an evaluative research that adopted the CIPP evaluation model. The variable context, inputs, process and product measured by questioners with likert scale. The sample of this study are 52 persons consisted of 4 head masters, 16 vice of head masters, 28 teachers of self develoment in the art of culture, and 4 counseling teachers which were collected through census method. The data of score variable context, inputs, process and product were analyzed by changed z-score into t-core. The result of the study shows that the implementation of self develoment in the art of culture on Senior High School at Klungkung Regency looking from : 1) component context with criteria is the best (53,17) and belongs to positive categories (+), 2) component inputs with criteria is good (49,66) and belongs to positive categories (+), 3) component process with criteria is good (51,05) and belongs to positive categories (+), 4) component product with criteria is good (50,82) and belongs to negative categories (-). After the results compared by quardran Glickman, it could be concluded that the implementation of self develoment in the art of culture on Senior High School at Klungkung Regency is good, with the note that there are still some problems on its Implementation such as the arrangement of mission and vision, tools and infrastructures, and the non-academic achievement.
