STUDI EVALUASI PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH PADA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KECAMATAN PAYANGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Payangan ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk serta kendala- kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluative kuantitatif, yang menunjukkan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis efektifitas masing- masing faktor sesuai dengan model CIPP. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua warga sekolah yakni para kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai tata usaha, kepengurusan komite sekolah, yang terdiri dari 13 sekolah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan pencatatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah pada sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan Payangan ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk dengan hasil (+ + + +) artinya pada variable konteks efektif, pada variable input efektif, pada variable proses efektif, pada variable produk efektif. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah pada sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan Payangan ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk tergolong efektif.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of school -based management application at a public elementary school in the district in terms of components Payangan context, input, process, and product as well as the constraints encountered implementation. This study includes a quantitative evaluative research, which shows the procedures and processes of the program. This study analyzed data on the effectiveness of each factor according to the model of CIPP. Subjects in this study were all citizens of the school principals, teachers, personnel administration, school management committee, which consists of 13 schools. Data was collected using questionnaires, observation and recording sheet documents. The results showed the implementation of school -based management in the public elementary schools in the district in terms of components Payangan context , input , process , and product with the result ( + + + + ) means that the effective variable context , the effective input variable , the variable effective process , the variable effective product . Based on these findings it can be concluded that the implementation of school -based management application at a public elementary school in the district in terms of components Payangan context, inputs, processes, and products classified as effective.
