STUDI EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN EKAPAYSMA INSTRUCTOR ACADEMY (EIA) DALAM RANGKA PENGEMBANGAN DIRI DAN KARAKTER BANGSA DI SMA NEGERI 1 PAYANGAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pelaksanaan kegiatan EIA (Ekapaysma Instructor Academy) dalam rangka pengembangan diri dan karakter bangsa di SMAN 1 Payangan dengan model CIPP. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta EIA yang berjumlah 39 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Kuesioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektifitas implementasi, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam Z-skor lalu ke Skor-T kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektifitas pelaksanaan kegiatan EIA dalam rangka pengembangan diri dan karakter bangsa di SMAN 1 Payangan tergolong efektif dilihat dari variabel CIPP dengan hasil berada pada kuadran III (++-+).

This study was an evaluative study that aims to analyze and to find out the effectiveness of Implementation of Ekapaysma Instructor Academy (EIA) activity to build Self-Development and Nation Character at SMAN 1 Payangan by using CIPP model. Respondents in this study were students who participated at EIA, by number of sample were 39 people. Data were collected by using questionnaires and interviews, and has been analyzed by descriptive analysis. To determine the effectiveness of Implementation of Ekapaysma Instructor Academy Activity to build Self-Development and Nation Character at SMAN 1 Payangan, raw scores were transformed into Z-scores and then into T-score then verified into a prototype of Glickman. The results of analysis found that the effectiveness of Implementation of Ekapaysma Instructor Academy Activity In Order to Self-Development and Nation Character at SMAN 1 Payangan is effective viewed from the variable of context, input process and product with results located in quadrant III (+ + - +).
