Abstract


EFEK KAUSAL KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN DAN EKSPEKTASI KARIR TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA  JEPANG (STUDI PERSEPSI PARA SISWA KELAS XI PROGRAM IPB SMAN DI KOTA SEMARAPURA)

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini memiliki empat variabel, yaitu: (1) Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Bahasa Jepang (X1), (2) Ekspektasi Karir (X2), (3) Motivasi Belajar Bahasa Jepang (X3), dan (4) Hasil Belajar Bahasa Jepang (X4).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya: (1) efek langsung X1 terhadap X3, (2) efek langsung X2 terhadap X3, (3) efek langsung X1 terhadap X4, (4) efek langsung X2 terhadap X4, (5) efek langsung X3 terhadap X4, (6) efek tidak langsung total X1 terhadap X3, (7) efek tidak langsung total X2 terhadap X3, (8) efek tidak langsung total X1 terhadap X4, (9) efek tidak langsung total X2 terhadap X4, (10) efek tidak langsung total X3 terhadap X4.

Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI  SMAN program IPB di kota Semarapura tahun pelajaran 2010/2011 yang berjumlah 48 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sensus Study, di mana semua anggota populasi dijadikan anggota sampel. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian ex-post facto. Pengumpulan data dari variabel X1, X2, dan X3 menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan untuk variabel X4 menggunakan tes obyektif pilihan ganda dan isian. Data dianalisis dengan path analysis.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada efek langsung 0,5958  dari X1 terhadap X3, dengan kontribusi 45,29%, (2) ada efek langsung 0,2492 dari X2 terhadap X3, dengan kontribusi 18,84%, (3) ada efek langsung 0,3465 dari X1 terhadap X4, dengan kontribusi 31,14%, (4) tidak ada efek langsung dari X2 terhadap X4, dengan kontribusi 7,56%, (5) ada efek langsung 0,2969 dari X3 terhadap X4, dengan kontribusi 29,92%, (6) ada efek tidak langsung total 0,0772 dari X1 terhadap X3, (7) ada efek tidak langsung total 0,1848 dari X2 terhadap X3, (8) ada efek tidak langsung total 0,2115 dari X1 terhadap X4, (9) ada efek tidak langsung total 0,2363 dari X2 terhadap X4, (10) ada efek tidak langsung total 0,2501 dari X3 terhadap X4.

Berdasarkan temuan di atas hanya X2 yang tidak memiliki efek langsung terhadap X4, sedangkan kontribusi terbesar adalah variabel X1 terhadap X3, yang dapat dukungan dari kontribusi X3 terhadap X4 untuk mencapai efek yang besar dari X1 terhadap X4, pada siswa kelas XI  SMAN  program IPB  di kota Semarapura.

 

Kata kunci: kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, ekspektasi karir, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar, siswa  kelas XI  SMAN  program IPB di kota Semarapura.

 

 

CAUSAL EFFECT OF MANAGEMENT QUALITY OF LEARNING AND CAREER EXPECTATIONS OF MOTIVATION IN LEARNING JAPANESE AND ITS RELATION WITH THE RESULT OF LEARNING JAPANESE

(STUDY OF THE PERCEPTIONS OF STUDENTS IN CLASS XI OF LANGUAGE PROGRAM OF SMAN IN SEMARAPURA TOWN)

ABSTRACT

 

 

This research has four variables, was: (1) the quality of the management of Japanese learning (X1), (2) career expectations (X2), (3) motivation to learn Japanese (X3), and (4) the result of learning Japanese (X4).

The aimed of this research to know the amount of: (1) the direct effect of X1 towards X3, (2) the direct effect of X2 towards X3, (3) the direct effect of X1 towards X4, (4) the direct effect of X2 towards X4, (5) the direct effect of X3 towards X4, (6) the total indirect effect of X1 towards X3, (7) the total indirect effect of X2 towards X3, (8) the total indirect effect of X1 towards X4, (9) the total indirect effect of X2 towards X4, (10) the total indirect effect of X3 towards X4, for the students in class XI  language program of SMAN in  Semarapura town.

The population of this research was the students of language program in SMAN Semarapura town in the academic year of 2010/2011, which consisted of 48 students. Sample in this research used cencus study technique in which all members of population become the sample members. This research was in the form of ex-post facto research. The data from the variable X1, X2, and X3 were collected through questionnaire, while the data from the X4 were collected through multiple-choice and essay test. The data were analyzed with path analysis.

The result of the research showed that : (1) there was direct effect 0,5859 of X1 towards X3, with contributed for 45,29%, (2) there was direct effect 0,2492 of X2 towards X3, with contribution for 18,85%, (3) there was direct effect 0,3465 of X1 towards X4, with gave contribution for 31,14%, (4) there was no direct effect of X2 towards X4, with contribution for 7,56%, (5) there was direct effect 0,2969 of X3 towards X4, with contribution for  29,92%, (6) there was total indirect effect 0,0772 of X1 towards X3, (7) there was total indirect effect 0,1848 of X2 towards X3, (8) there was total indirect effect 0,2115 of X1 towards X4, (9) there was total indirect effect 0,2363 of X2 towards X4, (10) there was total indirect effect 0,2501 of X3 towards X4.

Based on the findings above, only X2 that not directly effect towards X4, the most contribution was the X1 towards X3 which back up by contribution of X3 towards X4, for to get much effect of X1 towards X4, on the student in class XI  language program of SMAN in Semarapura town.
