ANALISIS BUTIR SOAL TES ULANGAN AKHIR SEMESTER IPS TERPADU BUATAN MGMP IPS KABUPATEN GIANYAR KELAS VII SEMESTER 1 TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011-2012

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang butir soal tes IPS Terpadu buatan MGMP IPS Kabupaten Gianyar Kelas VII Semester 1 Tahun ajaran 2011-2012. Analisis yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal tes tersebut ditinjau dari relevansi antara kisi-kisi, SK, KD, dan Indikator mata pelajaran, validitas isi tes, validitas butir soal, reliabilitas tes, taraf kesukaran butir soal, daya beda butir soal, dan efektivitas pengecoh butir soal.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post pacto dengan mengambil populasi seluruh hasil tes berupa lembar jawaban siswa kelas VII dari lima sekolah SMP terpilih di Kabupaten Gianyar yang bisa mewakili sekolah negeri dan swasta dari 45 SMP dilihat status sekolah yaitu RSBI, SSN, Sekolah Potensial dan Sekolah Swasta. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 1000 sampel dipilih. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis tes dan analisis butir soal.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan relevansi antara Standar Kompetensi, Kompetensi Dasar, dan Indikator dengan butir soal dari 60 butir soal terdapat 56 (93%) butir soal relevan dan 4 butir soal (7%) tdak relevan dengan indikator soal. Validitas isi yang diuji dengan Uji Gregory menunjukkan validitas yang sangat tinggi (0,933). Bila ditinjau dari validitas butir didapatkan 53 butir soal (88%) dinyatakan valid dan 7 butir soal (8%) dinyatakan tdak valid. Reabilitas tes didapatkan r11 = 0,860 dengan formula KR 20. Jika ditinjau dari taraf kesukaran tes didapatkan 23% butir soal kategori soal mudah, 62 % butir kategori soal sedang, dan 15 % butir kategori soal sukar. Dilihat dari daya beda, 82 % memiliki daya beda yang dapat diterima, yang memiliki daya beda kurang baik 13 % dan yang buruk harus dibuang 5%. Dan jika ditinjau dari efektivitas pengecoh 85% memiliki pengecoh yang berfungsi dengan baik dan 15% tidak dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dalam meningkatkan kualitas tes Ulangan Akhir Semester IPS Terpadu untuk tingkat SMP hendaknya MGMP IPS Kabupaten Gianyar lebih memperhatikan Relevansi SK, KD dan Indikator dengan butir soal, validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, dan efektivitas pengecoh dari butir soal.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzed integrated social studies test item for Junior High School constructing by social studies teachers association for Gianyar regency in academic year 2011-2012. The analysis aimed at finding out the quality of those test items viewed from the relevance of the matrix, standard of competence (CS), basic competence (BC), indicator of the subject (IS), test content validity (CV), test item validity (IV), test reliability (IR), test item level of difficulty (LD), test item discrimination index (IDI) and test item distracter effectiveness (IDE).
This study was an ex-post facto research and the population consisted of the whole test results in the form of student’s answer sheets for the first year students from five selected Junior High School in Gianyar regency which represented the public and private school from 45 Junior High School ( 20 public schools, 25 private schools) concerning with the school status such as RSBI, SSN, Potential and Private School consisting of 1138 answer sheets. Whereas the sample consisted of 1000 choosing from the good result of answer sheets photocopy. The analysis were test analysis and test item analysis.
The result showed that there was a relevance of CS, BC, indicator of the test item, from 60 test item there were 56 (93%) relevance and 4 (7%) were not relevance to the test indicator. The CV which was analyzed by Gregory analyzing showed a very high validity (0,993). When viewed from IV there were 53 valid test items (88%) and 7 (8%) test items were not valid. IR of the test was r1.1 = 0,860 with KR 20 formula, the iteming program showed Alpha Coefficient was 0,802. When viewed from test item LD there was 25% easy test item, 62% was medium, and 15% was difficult. 82% from 60 test items had an acceptable discrimination index. Furthermore the test items which had rather bad IDI was 13%, and bad IDI was 5%, they must be take out from the test. And when viewed from the IDE, 85% had good function and 15% could not do their function well.
Based on the findings above, in improving the quality of final semester test for integrated Social Studies test item for Junior High School, Social Studies Teachers Association should considered the relevance of CS, BC, indicator of the subject, test content validity, test item validity, test reliability, test item level of difficulty, test item discrimination index and test item distracter effectiveness
