PENERAPAN TEKNIK PART WHOLE DALAM ANALISIS KUALITATIF TES KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIKA KELAS VIII SMP SE KABUPATEN GIANYAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011 – 2012

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian adalah meneliti relevansi butir soal sumatif SMP di wilayah Kabupaten Gianyar dalam ulangan Sumatif  bersama tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 terhadap SK, KD dan Indikator butir soal dan apakah butir soal Ulangan sumatif bersama  berupa tes Matematika yang digunakan dalam Ulangan Sumatif bersama tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 sudah mencerminkan tes yang berkualitas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Gianyar pada pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Semester ganjil tahun 2011-2012.Penelitian ini bersifat ex post facto adalah suatu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk meneliti peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan kemungkinan melihat ke belakang untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat menimbulkan kejadian tersebut.Data Penelitian dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan menggunakan manual dan program iteman. Validitas butir dengan menggunakan bantuan uji point biserial  danreabilitas soal dengan menggunakan KR20.

Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama,Butir soal yang dibuat oleh MGMP bidang studi Matematika Kabupaten Gianyar pada Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil tahun 2011/2012 memiliki relevansi 0.78  terhadap SK, KD dan Indikatornya yang berarti termasuk soal  baik. Kedua, validitas butir-butir instrumen pada perangkat soal Ulangan Sumatif  bersama semester ganjil tahun 2011-2012 yang dilaksanakan oleh MGMP Kabupaten Gianyar, ditinjau dari : (1) Validitas Butir terdapat 1 butir soal yakni butir soal no.19 termasuk butir soal tidak valid salah satu penyebabnya adalah bahwa butir soal tersebut kedua pakar menilai butir soal tidak relevan, (2) memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,68 termasuk soal derajat reliabilitas tinggi sepantasnya untuk disimpan di bank soal.Ketiga, Tingkat Kesukaran, Daya Beda dan Efektifitas pengecoh butir-butir soal Ulangan Sumatif  bersama semester ganjil tahun 2011-212 yang dilaksanakan oleh MGMP Kabupaten Gianyar, bahwa dari 40 item butir soal  terdapat 21 butir soal termasuk kategori sedang berarti 58%  dari keseluruahn termasuk soal sedang dan 19 butir termasuk kategori sukar dengan kata lain 42% soal kategori butir Sukar dan 0% soal mudah sedangkan tingkat daya pembedanya 19 butir soal atau 47.5% butir soal daya beda sangat baik, 10 butir soal atau 25% memiliki daya beda cukup perlu perbaiki,  5 butir soal atau 15% termasuk daya beda kurang perlu direvisi dan 6 butir  atau 12.5% daya beda sangat jelek digugurkan serta memiliki efektifitas pengecoh 26 butir atau 65% termasuk soal memiliki efektifitas pengecoh sangat baik dan 14 butir atau 35% soal dengan efektiitas pengecohnya kurang baik.

Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah soal yang dibuat oleh MGMP Matematika Kabupaten Gianyar dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar Akhir Semester ganjil kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2011-2012 menggunakan tes yang berkategori baik.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the research was to analyze the relevance of each numbers of the test (sumatif test) the year of 2011-2012 with the standards of competences basic competences, and indicators of each numbers of the mathematic test in the mid test of the year 2011-2012 reflects a good and qualified test. The research was conducted in Gianyar on the final test of the odd semester of 2011-2012. This kind of research was categorized as an “expost facto”. It was a kind of test that had been happened and had the possibility to look backward at the past time to find out the factors which caused by something. The data sources were collected and analyzed using ‘manual” and “iteman” program. The numbers of the tests validity used the “biserial” point test. The test reliabilitation used KR 20.

The result of the test has as follows, firstly, the items of instrument that made by Gianyar Mthematics’ teacher association in final test of the first semester in academic year 2001-2012 had relevance 0.78 to competency standard, basic competency and indicators which included to good instrument. Secondly the validity of instrument items in summative test of first semester in academic year 2011-2012 that held by Gianyar Mathematics’ teacher association in terms of :(1) the validity of the items which there has one item including item as number 19 is not valid. One reason was the item as two experts say that it was irrelevant item. (2) had a reliability of 0.68 including a high degree of reliability to be stored in the appropriate question bank. Thirdly the level of difficulty and the effectivenees of the different item detractors in final test of semester in academic year 2011-2012 conducted by Gianyar Mathematics’ teacher association that from 40 instrument items there are 21 item categorize as medium, means 58% from the whole items  were medium category and 19 items categorize of difficult or in other words, 42% as the difficult categorize and 0% easy. In other case, the degree of different item detractors 19 number of instrument items or 47,5% different item detractors were best. 10 number of instrument items or 25% had to be corrected, 5 numbers of instrument items or 15% of different detractors less to be revised and 6 numbers or 12,5% of worst different detractors had to be deleted and detractors effectiveness 26 number of instrument items or 65% included the items that had well effective detractors and 14 number or 35% instruments with worse effectivity of detractors.

The implication of the research was the test that was made by Gianyar Mathematic teachers’ conference (MGMP) in evaluating the last odd semester of study progress of the eight grade students on the academic year of 2011-2012 was categorized as a good test.
