PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH BERBANTUAN ASESMEN KINERJA DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA KELAS XI SMK PGRI 1 GIANYAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011-2012
Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan asesmen kinerja dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI SMK PGRI 1 Gianyar dengan menggunakan rancangan Post Test Only Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 88 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis varians dua jalur melalui uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey.
Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis asesmen kinerja lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional (FA = 4,23 dengan p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan (FAB = 14,85 dengan p < 0,05). Pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi, prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis asesmen kinerja lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional (Qhit = 10,07 > Qtabel = 2,86). Namun, pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah, prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis asesmen kinerja (Qhit = 3,06 > Qtabel = 2,86).
Berdasarkan hasil temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis asesmen kinerja dan motivasi berprestasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan pada siswa kelas XI SMK PGRI 1 Gianyar. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis asesmen kinerja merupakan model pembelajaran yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dilaksanakan dalam proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dan penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study goal to determine and analyze the influence of the learning model of problem based learning and performance-based assessment of achievement motivation to school performance entrepreneurship. It was held at XI grade of SMK PGRI 1 Gianyar using the draft of Post Test Only Control Group Design. The research sample amounted to 88 people are selected using Random Sampling Techniques. The process of the data obtained using analysis of variance (ANAVA) two ways through the F test followed by Tukey test.
The results of the research are overall, entrepreneurial learning achievements of students studying the problem based learning model of performance-based assessment showing that it is higher than students who studied with conventional learning model (FA = 4,23 with p< 0,05). The research also indicated there is an interaction effect between learning model with achievement motivation to entrepreneurial learning achievement of students (FAB = 14,85 with p < 0,05). The motivation of high-achieving students, entrepreneurial learning achievements of students who use a learning model based assessment of problem based learning performed better than students who learn using conventional learning models (Qhit = 10,07 with p < 0,05). In other way the students who have low achievement motivation, entrepreneurial learning achievements of students who use conventional learning model better than students who studied with problem-based learning model of learning-based assessment performed (Qhit = 3,06 with p < 0,05).
From the research found and conclude that the model of problem based learning and learning achievement motivation influence learning achievement entrepreneurial of XI class SMK PGRI 1 GR. This study provides implications there are problem based learning model is a model of performance-based assessment of learning that needs to be considered and implemented in the process of entrepreneurial learning, and application of problem based learning model of learning and achievement motivation influence on entrepreneurial learning achievement of students.
