PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH BERORIENTASI MASALAH MATEMATIKA TERBUKA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KELAS X SMA N 7 DENPASAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah berorientasi masalah matematika terbuka dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah, (2) perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah berorientasi masalah matematika terbuka dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi, (3) perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah berorientasi masalah matematika terbuka dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah, (4) interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini dikatagorikan sebagai penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan rancangan faktorial 2x2 yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 48 orang siswa pada kelas X SMA N 7 Denpasar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan tes prestasi belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah berorientasi masalah matematika terbuka dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah (Fhitung= 37, harga F tabel = 4,08 dengan = 0,05 ), (2) terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah berorientasi masalah matematika terbuka dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi (nilai t = 3,443 p-valuenya = 0,002), (3) terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah berorientasi masalah matematika terbuka dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah (Qhitung = 2,134 dan Qtabel = 2,021), (4) ada interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa (FAB hitung = 7,4 harga F tabel = 4,08 dengan = 0,05).

The research instrument used to collect data is critical thought ability and learning achievement test. The gotten data is analized by using two-way variety analysis.
