KONTRIBUSI KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU, KONSEP DIRI AKADEMIK SERTA MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MATEMATIKA DI TINGKAT SMA SE-KABUPATEN KARANGASEM
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi Kompetensi Profesional, Konsep Diri Akademik, Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Matematika SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem secara terpisah maupun simultan. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah sensus dimana seluruh guru mata pelajaran Matematika SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem yang berjumlah 60 orang digunakan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi ganda dan korelasi parsial.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat Kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Profesional terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ=54,436 + 0,528 X dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,3%, (2) terdapat Kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan Konsep Diri Akademik terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ =82,837 + 0,506 X dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,8 %, (3) terdapat Kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ= 55,046 + 0,557 X dengan kontribusi sebesar 33,4 % , (4) terdapat Kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Profesional, Konsep diri Akademik, Motivasi Kerja Guru secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 40284 + 0,214 X + 0, 283 X + 0,208 X dengan kontribusi sebesar 86,7 %.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi Profesional, Konsep Diri Akademik, Motivasi Kerja Guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru pada guru guru Matematika di tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecendrungan kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru.

This study aimed at (1) analyzing the contribution of Professional Competency, Academic self concept and Work Motivation toward teacher’s Performances both separately and simultaneously of Senior High School Mathematics teachers in Karangasem Regency.
The population of this study were all the Mathematics teachers of senior high school in Karangasem regency with the total population were 60 persons. This study was implementing an ex-post facto research design. The data were analyzed based on simple regression, simple correlation, multiple regressions, multiple correlation and partial correlation.
The result of this study showed: (1) there was a positive and significant contribution Professional Competency toward The quality of teacher’s Performances through regression equation Ŷ=54,463 + 0,528 X with the contribution of 56,3 %, (2) there was a positive and significant contribution Academic self concept toward the teacher’s Performances through regression equation Ŷ = 82,837 + 0,506 X with the contribution of 69,8 %, (3) there was a positive and significant contribution Work Motivation toward teacher’s Performances through regression equation Ŷ= 55,046 + 0,557 X with the contribution of 66,6 %, (4) there was a positive and significant contribution Professional Competency, Academic self concept, Work Motivation simultaneously toward teacher’s Performances through regression equation = 40,284 + 0,214 X + 0,283 X + 0,208 X with the contribution of 86,7%.
Based on the findings above it could be concluded that Professional Competency, Academic self concept and Work Motivation significantly contributed toward teacher’s Performances of senior high school mathematics teacher in Karangasem regency both separately and simultaneously. Therefore the three different factors could be used to predict of the tendency level of teacher’s ability to manage teaching learning process.
