DETERMINASI PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA KUTAPURA KUTA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui determinasi persepsi guru tentang kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Kutapura Kuta secara terpisah maupun simultan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan rancangan ex-post facto, dengan populasi 32 guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara sebagai data triangulasi dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang kemampuan manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi 48,6% dan sumbangan efektif 26,6%, (2) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi 37,1% dan sumbangan efektif 17,5%, (3) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi 56,3% dan sumbangan efektif 26,4%, dan (4) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara persepsi guru tentang kemampuan manajerial Kepala Sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi 70,5%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Kutapura secara terpisah maupun simultan. Sehingga ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru, namun motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kutapura.

This research aims to find out determination of teacher perception on the Headmaster managerial ability, school working environment and working motivation to the teachers performance in Kutapura High School both separately as well as simultaneously. This research is population research using ex-post facto design, by population 32 teachers. Data is collected by questionnaires and interviews as triangulation data, then, analyzed by regression, correlation and determination analysis. The results show that: (1) there was a significant determination between teacher perception on the Headmaster managerial ability towards teachers performance by contribution value of 48.6% and providing effective donation of 26.6%, (2) there was a significant determination between school working environment and the teacher performance by 37.1% contribution and 17.5% effective donation, (3) there was a significant determination between working motivation and the teacher performance with 56.3% contribution and 26,4% effective donation, and (4) there was a significant determination altogether of the teacher perception on the Headmaster managerial ability, school working environment, and working motivation towards the teacher performance with 70,5% contribution. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there was a significant determination between teacher perception on the Headmaster managerial ability, school work environment and work motivation to the teachers performance in Kutapura-Kuta High School separately as well as simultaneously. Therefore, the three factors could be became a tendency level predictors of the teachers performance, however, working motivation is the most influencing variable to the teachers performance in Kutapura High School.
