PERSEPSI GURU TERHADAP PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN, SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD NEGERI DI GUGUS IX KECAMATAN MENGWI, BADUNG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, supervisi akademik dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SD Negeri di Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi, Badung sebanyak 67 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi atau studi sensus karena jumlah guru di SD Negeri di Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi relatif sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis kontribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi Badung melalui persamaan regresi = 20,753 + 0,585X1 (Freg = 33,809; p<0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,20% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,70%, (2) kontribusi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi Badung melalui persamaan regresi = 14,384+ 0,712X2 (Freg = 66,953; p<0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,70% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 38,00%, (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional guru dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi Badung melalui persamaan regresi = 29,367+ 0,413X3 (Freg = 13,340; p<0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 17,00% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,50%, dan (4) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara persepsi guru tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, dan kecerdasan emosional guru dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi Badung melalui persamaan regresi = 3,908+ 0,182X1 + 0,533X2 + 0,206X3 dengan Freg = 28,018 (p<0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 57,20%. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, supervisi akademik dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus IX Kecamatan Mengwi , Kabupaten Badung.

This study aimed to determine the contribution of perceptions of leadership behaviors Principal, academic supervision of teachers, teachers' emotional intelligence on the performance of public primary schools in the Gugus (cluster) IX Mengwi , Badung separately or simultaneously. The research population was all of the state primary school teachers in Gugus (cluster) IX Mengwi Badung, amounting to 67 people. This research used ex - post facto design. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation analysis .
The results of the analysis found : ( 1 ) there is a significant contribution between the perception of teachers on the leadership behavior of principals with the performance of teachers in public primary schools Gugus (cluster) IX Mengwi Badung through regression equation = 20.753 + 0.585 X1 ( Freg = 33.809 , p <0.05 ) with contribution of 34.20 % and the effective contribution of 10.70 % , ( 2 ) there is a significant contribution between the teachers’s perception of the academic supervision with teacher’s performance in public primary schools performance Gugus (cluster) IX Mengwi Badung through regression equation X2 = 14.384 + 0.712 ( Freg = 66.953 , p <0.05 ) with a contribution of 50.70 % and the effective contribution of 38.00 % , (3) there is a significant contribution between the emotional intelligence of teachers with teachers performance in public primary schools Gugus (cluster) IX Mengwi Badung through regression equation = 29.367 + 0.413 X3 ( Freg = 13.340 , p <0.05 ) with a contribution of 17.00 % and the effective contribution of 8.50 % , and ( 4 ) there is a significant contribution jointly between teachers' perceptions of leadership behavior school, academic supervision, and emotional intelligence of teachers with teacher performance in public primary schools cluster IX Mengwi Badung through regression equation = 3.908 + 0.182 X1 + 0.533 X2 + 0.206 X3 with Freg = 28.018 ( p < 0.05 ) with a contribution of 57 , 20 % .
Based on these findings it can be concluded that there is a significant contribution to the teachers' perceptions of principal leadership behaviors, academic supervision, and emotional intelligence of teachers with teacher performance separately or simultaneously in Elementary School Gugus (Cluster) IX Mengwi Badung . Thus these three factors can be used as a predictor of the level of teacher’s performance trend in the Elementary School Gugus (cluster) IX Mengwi Badung .
