KONTRIBUSI KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU (Studi Kasus Pada Sekolah – sekolah Dasar dibawah yayasan menorah abadi Denpasar)
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hal-hal yang mungkin dapat memiliki pengaruh bagi motivasi kerja guru dalam hal ini komunikasi interpersonal, budaya organisasi di sekolah dan etos kerja yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing pribadi guru yang merupakan bentuk karakter dari masing-masing guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar yang bernaung dibawah yayasan menorah abadi denpasar yang berjumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil data menunjukan bahwa : (1)Terdapat kontribusi antara komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru-guru pada sekolah dasar disekolah – sekolah dibawah yayasan Menorah Abadi Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,5%. (2) Terdapat kontribusi antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada sekolah dasar disekolah – sekolah dibawah yayasan Menorah Abadi Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 12% (3) Terdapat kontribusi antara etos kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada sekolah dasar disekolah – sekolah dibawah yayasan Menorah Abadi Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 56% (4) Terdapat kontribusi secara bersama-sama antara komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, etos kerja dan motivasi kerja guru pada sekolah dasar disekolah – sekolah dibawah yayasan Menorah Abadi Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 76.8%.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal, budaya organisasi, etos kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dijadikan prediktor tingkat motivasi kerja guru disekolah dasar dibawah yayasan menorah abadi Denpasar.

The purpose of this study tried to see things that might have implications for teachers' work motivation in this case interpersonal communication, cultural organization in schools and work ethic possessed by each individual teacher who is the form of the character of the teacher himself.. Population was a primary school teacher who shelter under the menorah enduring Denpasar foundation in number of 50 people . This study uses ex - post facto design. Data were collected using questionnaire. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation analysis. Results of data showed that: (1) There is a contribution between principal interpersonal communication on teachers’ motivation in primary schools under Eternal Menorah Denpasar foundation with a contribution of 68.5 %. ( 2 ) There is a contribution of the cultural organization on work motivation in primary school teachers in schools - schools under the foundation Menorah Eternal Denpasar with a contribution of 12 % ( 3 ) There is a contribution to the work ethic of motivation among teachers who work in primary schools under Eternal Menorah Denpasar foundation with a contribution of 56 % ( 4 ) There is contributed jointly between the principal interpersonal communication, cultural organization, work ethic and teachers’ motivation in primary school under Menorah Eternal Denpasar foundation with a contribution of 76.8 % .
Based on this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant contribution between interpersonal communications, cultural organization, and work ethic on teachers’ motivation. Thus the three factors used as predictors of motivation level of the elementary school teachers under the menorah eternal Denpasar foundation.
