ANALISIS PRILAKU INSTRUKSIONAL BERBASIS TAHAP PERKEMBANGAN OPERASIONAL KONKRET DALAM MENGELOLA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK DI KELAS PERMULAAN PADA GURU SD SE-GUGUS 2 MENGWI KECAMATAN MENGWI, KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kesesuaian perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran tematik guru kelas permulaan sekolah dasar dengan prilaku instruksional berbasis tahap perkembangan operasional konkret peserta didik pada guru Sekolah Dasar se- Gugus 2 di Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas I, II, dan III SD se- Gugus 2 Mengwi. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) perencanaan pembelajaran tematik guru kelas permulaan Sekolah Dasar dominan (58,61%) sudah sesuai denganprilaku instruksional berbasis tahap perkembangan operasional konkret pada guru Sekolah Dasar se- Gugus 2 di Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik guru kelas permulaan sekolah dasar dominan (43,688%) sudah sesuai dengan prilaku instruksional berbasis tahap perkembangan operasional konkret pada guru Sekolah Dasar se- Gugus 2 di Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, dan (3) penilaian pembelajaran tematik guru kelas permulaan sekolah dasar dominan (47,742%) sudah sesuai dengan prilaku instruksional berbasis tahap perkembangan operasional konkret pada guru Sekolah Dasar se- Gugus 2 di Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung.

This study aimed to analyze and describe the suitability of the planning , execution and assessment of thematic learning elementary school classroom teachers beginning with the stage of development of concrete operasioanl learners at a primary school teacher Cluster 2 in Mengwi , Badung regency . This research includes the study of ex - post facto , descriptive approach . The subjects were teachers class I , II , and III Elementary School at Gugus (Cluster) 2 Mengwi . Data collected by observation sheet . Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis .
The results showed that 1 ) thematic lesson plans elementary school classroom teachers beginning predominant ( 58.61 % ) is in conformity with the behavior -based instructional concrete operational stage of development at the elementary school teachers a 2 cluster in Mengwi , Badung Regency , ( 2 ) implementation thematic learning elementary school classroom teacher dominant starters ( 43.688 % ) is in conformity with the behavior -based instructional concrete operational stage of development at the elementary school teachers a 2 cluster in Mengwi , Badung regency , and ( 3 ) assessment of thematic learning elementary school teacher dominant classes beginning ( 47.742 % ) is in conformity with the behavior -based instructional concrete operational stage of development at the elementary school teachers a 2 cluster in Mengwi , Badung regency . Based on these results suggested the beginning of the school classroom teachers in designing thematic learning should pay attention to behavior -based instructional concrete operational development
