ANALISIS BIAYA PENDIDIKAN PADA SMP CIPTA DHARMA DENPASAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012/2013
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya pendidikan pada SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Populasi dan subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 426 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan analisis terhadap RAPBS serta kueseioner sebagai instrumen penunjang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis ditemukan: (1) komposisi biaya pendidikan tahun 2012/2013 adalah: uang pangkal siswa baru Rp 515.500.000 (28,820%), uang sekolah dan uang komputer kelas 9 sebesar Rp 474.000.000 (26,500%), uang sekolah dan uang komputer kelas 8 sebesar Rp 343.800.000 (19,221%), uang sekolah dan uang komputer kelas 7 sebesar Rp 443.400.000 (24,789%), dan kontribusi kantin Rp 12.000.000 (0,671%) dengan jumlah total keseluruhan Rp 1.788.700.000 (2) total biaya (total cost) yang diperlukan untuk membiayai penyelenggaraan pendidikan Rp 1.788.700.000. Pembiayaannya antara lain kegiatan belajar mengajar Rp 305.000.000, sarana pendidikan Rp 141.000.000, peningkatan mutu guru/murid Rp 93.500.000, pemeliharaan sekolah Rp 88.000.000, imbal jasa Rp 979.000.000, dan biaya lain-lain 182.200.000, (3) unit cost per siswa dan satuan biaya pendidikan di sekolah SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 sebesar Rp 9.151.410,066, dan (4) terjadi peningkayan mutu pendidikan di SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar yang dibebankan oleh peningkatan pembiayaan dari tahun ke tahun.

The aim of this research to determine the cost of education at the junior Copyright Dharma Denpasar school year 2012/2013. The population and the samples were 426 people. The data were collected through the School Budget, and the questionnaire as a supporting instrument. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis found: (1) the composition of the cost of education in 2012/2013 are: a new student tuition Rp 515,500,000 (28.820%), tuition and class 9 from computer division is Rp 474,000,000 (26.500%), school fees and class 8 from computer division is Rp 343,800,000 (19.221% ), tuition and class 7 from computer division is Rp 443,400,000 (24.789 %), and the contribution of the cafeteria Rp 12,000,000 (0.671 %) (2) total costs required to finance the provision of education Rp 1,788,700,000. (3) the unit cost for each student in SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar amounted to Rp 9,151,410.066, and it have seen that increasing quality of education at the SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar be caused by increasing in funding from year to year.
