STUDI EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING DI SMP CIPTA DHARMA DENPASAR DITINJAU DARI PP NO 27 TAHUN 2008

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling ditinjau dari PP No 27 Tahun 2008 pada SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar dilihat dari variabel konteks, masukan, proses dan produk. Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk penelitian evaluatif kuantitatif, yang menunjukkan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas program dengan menganalisis peran masing-masing faktor sesuai dengan model CIPP (konteks, input, proses dan produk). Jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 80 orang yang terdiri dari 25 murid, 45 Guru serta 10 orang tua murid,. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektivitas program, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling ditinjau dari PP No 27 Tahun 2008 pada SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar kategori efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan hasil dengan hasil (+ + + +). Berdasarkan temuan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling di SMP Cipta Dharma ditinjau dari PP No 27 tahun 2008 dapat dikatakan efektif.

The purpose of this research is to know the implement the effectivitiess of guidance counseling at SMP Cipta Dharma Denpasar reviewed of PP No 27 of 2008 seen from variabel context, input, process and product. The research that have seen done include quantitatif eavaluatif research, which seen the procedure and program determined process. In this research is analyzing program effectivities using suitable analize each element of characters with CIPP model. The number of sample are 80 person wich consists of 25 students, 45 teachers also 10 parents of students. The data should be collected using quisioner. The data is analized using descriptif analize. The implement this program effectivity, the raw scores trasformed to T-score then veryfied to the prototipe Glickman. The result of the analysis found that the effectivities of the implementation of guidance counseling is revewed from SMP CIPTA DHARMA Denpasar at PP no 27 of 2008. Effective categories of the variable context, input, process, and the results are (++++). Based on the research above can conclude that the implementation of guidance counseling at SMA CIPTA DHARMA is revewed from PP no 27 of 2008 is effective.
