Studi Evaluasi Layanan Bimbingan Karir Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kesiapan Siswa Memasuki Praktek Industri (Studi Pada SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar) Tahun 2014
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir di SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya dalam rangka meningkatkan kesiapan siswa memasuki praktek industri.
Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk penelitian evaluatif kuantitatif, yang menunjukkan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas program dengan menganalisis peran masing-masing faktor sesuai dengan model CIPP (konteks, input, proses dan produk). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar. Jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektivitas program, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman.
Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir di SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar berada pada kategori efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan hasil dengan hasil (+ + + +). Artinya; pada variabel konteks efektif, pada variabel input efektif, pada variabel proses efektif, dan pada variabel produk efektif.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir di SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar tergolong dalam kategori efektif.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of career guidance services in SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar views of variable context , input , process and product as well as the obstacles faced in its implementation in order to improve the readiness of students entering the industrial practice.
Research conducted including quantitative evaluative research , which shows the procedures and processes of the program . In this study to analyze the effectiveness of the program by analyzing the role of each factor according to the model of CIPP ( context , input , process and product ) . The population in this study were all students of SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar . The number of members of the sample by 76 people . Data was collected using a questionnaire . Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis . To determine the effectiveness of the program , raw scores were transformed into T - scores were then verified in a prototype Glickman.
The analysis finds that the effectiveness of career guidance services in SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar effectively seen in the category of variable context , input , process and results with the results ( + + + + ) . That is ; effective in the context of variables , the effective input variables, the effective process variables , and the variable effective products.
Although the category is ready, but in general there are obstacle.
Based on these findings it can be concluded that the effectiveness of career guidance services in SMK PGRI classified in category 1 Denpasar effective.
