STUDI EVALUASI EFEKTIFITAS PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) MAHASISWA FAKULTAS PENDIDIKAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL (FPIPS) IKIP PGRI BALI TAHUN 2013
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (FPIPS) IKIP PGRI Bali Tahun 2013 menggunakan model CIPP yaitu: dimensi context, input, process dan product serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pelaksana dan peserta program praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (FPIPS) IKIP PGRI Bali Tahun 2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 69 orang yang terdiri dari 35 orang Mahasiswa, 10 orang Dosen Pembimbing, 11 orang Kepala Sekolah, 11 Guru Pamong, dan 2 orang dari UPT PPL. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode utama, dan observasi serta wawancara sebagai metode pelengkap. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan langkah sebagai berikut: menentukan katagori deskriptif, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam Kuadran Glickman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (FPIPS) IKIP PGRI Bali Tahun 2013 kategori efektif dilihat dari variabel context, input, process dan product dengan hasil (+ + + +). Meskipun dalam kategori siap, namun secara umum terdapat kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (FPIPS) IKIP PGRI Bali Tahun 2013 adalah pada variabel input. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (FPIPS) IKIP PGRI Bali Tahun 2013 tergolong dalam kategori efektif.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Practice Experience PPL Students of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali 2013 used the CIPP model’s the dimensions of context, input, process and product, as well as the constraints encountered in implementation. The population in this study were all implementers and participants of the Implementation Practice Experience (PPL) Faculty of Social Sciences Education (FPIPS) PGRI Bali Teachers' Training College in 2013. Data was collected by questionnaires, and observation and than interview to complicated method. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis using the following steps: determining the descriptive categories, raw scores were transformed into T-scores and then verified into the Glickman Quadrant. The analysis found that the effectiveness of the implementation of the FPIPS PPL’s Students of IKIP PGRI Bali in 2013 is that affectivelly categories, by the context, input, process and results variable with the results (+ + + +). Although the category is ready, but in general there are obstacles encountered in the implementation of the student’s PPL are variable input. Based on these research it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the FPIPS’s PPL Students of IKIP PGRI Bali in 2013 belong to the category of effectively.
