Integrasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Pembelajaran IPS Untuk Pengamalan Nilai-Nilai Moral Siswa (Study Kasus Pada MAN/Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Amlapura Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran IPS untuk pengamalan nilai moral siswa, 2) proses integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS, 3) fakor pendukung dan penghambat. Obyek penelitian: guru mata pelajaran IPS, Kepala Madrasah, siswa kelas X, XI MAN Amlapura. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, interview, dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Temuan peneliti: pembentukan karakter dilakukan secara bersama: Kepala Madrasah maupun guru. Upaya yang dilakukan Kepala Madrasah: 1) membudayakan 4S, 2) pengajian rutin bulanan, 3) keberadaannya sebagai fasilitator, motivator dan uswatun hasanah , 4) kepemimpinan moral, 5) pemilihan srategi yang mudah untuk diikuti siswa, seperti diluncurkannya (EMIC) “education management information card”. Upaya yang di lakukan guru terhadap siswa: (a) pembiasaan di dalam kelas, (b) pembiasaan di luar kelas. Dalam proses belajar mengajar guru memanfaatkan metode pembelajaran ceramah bervariasi dengan selingan film atau game menarik. Faktor pendukung: 1) sarana fisik dan perilaku sosial, 2) SDM guru yang berkomitmen , 2) sarana prasarana yang cukup walaupun belum maksimal, 4) peran aktif Kepala Madrasah, 5) ekstra dan intra kurikuler. Sedangkan faktor penghambat: minimnya sarana 2) perubahan mindset dan pengaruh lingkungan.

This study aimed to describe: 1) the efforts of teachers to integrate character education in social studies learning (IPS) to practice the moral values of students, 2) the integration of character education in the learning of social studies (IPS), 3) supporting and fakor. Object of research: Social Science teachers, Principals, class X, XI MAN Amlapura. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation of data. Research findings: the formation of character is done with: Principals and teachers. Efforts made Principals: 1) cultivate 4S, 2) regular monthly lectures, 3) existence as a facilitator, motivator and uswatun hasanah/ role models, 4) moral leadership, 5) election strategy, which is easy to follow by the students, such as the launch (EMIC) "education management information card ". Efforts will be undertaken of teachers to students: (a) habituation in the classroom, (b) habituation outside the classroom. In the learning process of teachers utilizing lecture teaching methods vary with movies or games interesting interlude. Supporting factors: 1) physical infrastructure and social behavior, 2) human resources committed teachers, 2) infrastructure that is adequate although not maximum, 4) active role Principals, 5) and the intra-extra curricular activities. While inhibiting factors: lack of facilities 2) changes in the mindset and environmental influences.
