KONTRIBUSI PENERAPAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA SEKOLAH DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SEGUGUS SUKAWATI VI KABUPATEN GIANYAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi penerapan supervisi akademik, pengembangan sumber daya sekolah, komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Segugus Sukawati VI Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi subyek mencakup guru-guru di gugus Sukawati VI, yang berjumlah 65 orang. Penelitian ini adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Penyusunan kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, analisis korelasi parsial, determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kecenderungan penerapan supervisi akademik berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara penerapan supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi (rx1y) sebesar 0,498 dan determinasi sebesar 24,8%,(2) Kecendrungan pengembangan sumber daya sekolah berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara pengembangan sumber daya sekolah dengan kinerja, dengan koefisien korelasi (rx2y) sebesar 0,255 dan determinasi sebesar 6,5%. 3) Kecendrungan komitmen kerja guru berada dalam kategori baik. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan komitmen kerja dengan kinerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi (rx3y) sebesar 0,861 dan determinasi sebesar 74,2%. 4) Kecendrungan kinerja guru berada dalam kategori sangat baik 5) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan penerapan supervisi akademik, pengembangan sumber daya sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi (Ry123) sebesar 0,999 dan determinasi (R2) sebesar 99,8%.Dengan demikian data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SD Negeri segugus Sukawati VI Kabupaten Gianyar.

This study aims to find out and analysis contribution of academic supervision implementation, school source development, teacher work comittment, toward teacher performance in the public elementary school in cluster of Sukawati VI, Gianyar regency. This study is ex-post facto in the form of correlational with population coverage all teacher in cluster of Sukawati VI by number of 65 people. This study is survey. Data was collected by using questioner. Arrangement of questioner was conducted by using Likert scale. Data was analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, partial correlation analysis, determination. The result showed that (1) Tend of academic supervision implementation reside in moderate category. There was significant contribution between academic supervision implementation with teacher performance, with correlation coeficient is 0,498 and determination is 24,8%, (2) Tend of school source development reside in moderate category. There was significant contribution between school source development with teacher performance, with correlation coeficient is 0,255 and determination is 6,5%. (3) Tend of teacher comittment reside in good category. There was significant contribution between work comittment with teacher performance, with correlation coeficient is 0,861 and determination is 74,2%. 4) Tend of work performance in very good category, 5) There was significant contribution between academic supervision implementation, school source development, work commitment simultaneously with teacher performance, with correlation coeficient (Ry123) is 0,999 and determination is 99,8%.Thus it can be concluded that the third variable can be predictor to improve teacher’s performance in public elementary school in cluster of Sukawati VI Gianyar regency.
