KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI KLINIS, PENGEMBANGAN KEPROFESIAN BERKELANJUTAN (PKB), DAN PROMOSI KEPANGKATAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU SMP DI KECAMATAN PETANG, KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) kontribusi supervisi klinis terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang, (2) kontribusi pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang, (3) kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang, dan (4) kontibusi secara bersama-sama supervisi klinis, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, dan promosi kepangkatan, terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan analisis regresi ganda.Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, temuan yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervise klinis terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan promosi kepangkatan terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Petang dan (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama supervisi klinis, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, dan promosi kepangkatan, berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kinerja guru.

The study aimed at finding out (1) the contribution of clinical supervision on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang, (2) contribution to the ongoing professional development of teachers' work motivation in the SMP District Petang, (3) the contribution of motivation to work on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang, and (4), contributing together clinical supervision, continuing professional development, and promotion of rank, on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang. The study was conducted at the SMP District Petang by utilizing an ex-post facto designand they were analyzed based on inferential statistic with simple and multiple regression. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that (1) there was a significant contribution of clinical supervision on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang, (2) there was a significant contribution of clinical supervision on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang, (3) there was a significant contribution of motivation to work on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang, and (4) there was a simultaneous significant contributing together clinical supervision, continuing professional development, and promotion of rank, on work motivation teachers in the SMP District Petang.
