DETERMINASI MORAL KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR SE-GUGUS 1 DALUNG KECAMATAN KUTA UTARA KABUPATEN BADUNG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) besarnya determinasi moral kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Se-Gugus 1 Dalung, (2) besaran determinasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Se-Gugus 1 Dalung, (3) besaran determinasi iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Se-Gugus 1 Dalung, (4) besaran determinasi secara bersama-sama moral kerja, motivasi kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Se-Gugus 1 Dalung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan populasinya berjumlah 198 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling menggunakan tabel Krejcie didapatkan jumlah sampel 155 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data digunakan statistik infrensial dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan ganda. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 17.00 for windows.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) moral kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 3,1%, (2) motivasi kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 3,7%, (3) iklim kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 7,2%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama moral kerja, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 13,4%. Berdasarkan termuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara terpisah terdapat kontribusi antara variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan, secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi variabel moral kerja, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD se-gugus 1 Dalung. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru SD se-Gugus 1 Dalung Kecamatan Kuta Utara Kabupaten Badung.

This research have a purpose to identify and analyzes: (1) the scale of the moral determination performance of teachers which working in elementary school at one cluster Dalung, (2) the amount of determination work motivation performance the elementary school teachers on 1 cluster Dalung, (3) the amount of determination climate work on performance the elementary school teachers on 1 cluster Dalung, (4) the amount of determination morale, motivation and work climate on the performance of teachers in elementary school on 1 cluster Dalung. This research uses an ex-post facto approach with 198 people population amount. The technique sampling is simple random sampling which uses Krejcic table obtained amount of sample are 155 people. Data was collected by questionnaire and measurement variables using Likert scale models. The data analysis using inferential statistic by the simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Data processing performed with SPSS 17 for windows. The results showed that (1) morale work give positive contribution and significantly to the teacher performance with the determination amount 3.1%, (2) motivation give positive contribution and significantly to the teacher performance with determination amount 3.7%, (3) the work climate give positive contribution and significant impact to the teacher determination with the amount 7.2%, and (4) morale, motivation, and a positive work climate that it all contribute significantly to the performance of teachers with a determination equal to 13.4%. Based on these findings it can be concluded that there is a contribution separately between the variables of work motivation and work climate on teacher performance. Meanwhile, all together found variables morale, motivation, and work climate on the teachers performance of elementary school throughout the cluster 1 Dalung. Thus, these three variables can be used as a predictor the level of performance trend teachers elementary school the cluther 1 Dalung of Kuta Utara District.
