ANALISIS DETERMINASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI, MASA KERJA GURU TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN DI SD NEGERI SE-GUGUS SUKAWATI IV
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik (X1), motivasi berprestasi (X2), masa kerja guru terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran di SD Negeri Segugus Sukawati IV Kabupaten Gianyar (Y). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post fakto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi subyek mencakup guru-guru di gugus Sukawati IV, yang berjumlah 61 orang. Penelitian ini adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Penyusunan kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, analisis korelasi parsial, determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kecenderungan supervisi akademik berada dalam kategori baik. Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (rx1y) sebesar 0,544 dan determinasi sebesar 29,6%, (2) Kecendrungan motivasi berprestasi guru berada dalam kategori baik. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, dengan koefisien korelasi (rx2y) sebesar 0,998 dan determinasi sebesar 99,7%. 3) Kecendrungan masa kerja guru berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan masa kerja dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, dengan koefisien korelasi (rx3y) sebesar 0,282 dan determinasi sebesar 8%. 4) Kecendrungan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran berada dalam kategori sangat baik 5) Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan supervisi akademik, motivasi berprestasi dan masa kerja guru bersama-sama dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, dengan koefisien korelasi (Ry123) sebesar 0,999 dan determinasi (R2) sebesar 99,8%.

This study is ex-post facto in the form of correlational with population coverage all teacher in cluster of Sukawati IV by number of 61 people. This study is survey. Data was collected by using questioner. Arrangement of questioner was conducted by using Likert scale. Data was analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, partial correlation analysis, determination. The result showed that (1) Tend of academic supervision reside in good category. There was significant contribution between academic supervision with quality of learning-teaching management, with correlation coeficient (rx1y) is 0,544 and determination is 29,6%, (2) Tend of achievement motivation reside in good category. There was significant contribution between achievement motivation with quality of learning-teaching management, with correlation coeficient (rx2y) is 0,998 and determination is 99,7%. (3) Tend of teacher year of service reside in moderate category. There was significant contribution between teacher year of service with quality of learning-teaching management, with correlation coeficient (rx3y) is 0,282 and determination is 8%. 4) Tend of quality of teaching-learning management in very good category, 5) There was significant contribution between academic supervision, achievement motivation, teacher’s year of service simultaneously with quality of learning-teaching management, with correlation coeficient (Ry123) is 0,999 and determination is 99,8%.
