KONTRIBUSI JENIS KUASA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM KERJA SEKOLAH, DAN KUALITAS MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN JEMBRANA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan manganalisis kontribusi dari (1) Jenis Kuasa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru, (2) Iklim Kerja Sekolahterhadap Kinerja Guru, (3) Kualitas Manajemen Pembelajaran InovatifterhadapKinerja Guru, dan (4) Jenis Kuasa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah,Iklim Kerja Sekolahdan Kualitas Manajemen Pembelajaran InovatifterhadapKinerja Guru secara bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jembrana berjumlah 219 orang. Dengan tabel Isaac dan Michael ditetapkan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 135 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik proporsional random sampling. Penelitian dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner model skala Likert dan disanalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil analisis ditemukan (1) terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan antara Jenis Kuasa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolahterhadap Kinerja Guru dengankontribusi sebesar 27,90%, dan sumbangan efektif 15,52%, (2) terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan Iklim Kerja Sekolahterhadap Kinerja Gurudengan kontribusi sebesar 38,60%, dan sumbangan efektif 27,80%, (3) terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan Kualitas Manajemen Pembelajaran Inovatifterhadap Kinerja Guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,00%, dan sumbangan efektif 4,52%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusipositif dan signifikan Jenis Kuasa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah,Iklim Kerja Sekolah,dan Kualitas Manajemen Pembelajaran InovatifterhadapKinerja Guru dengan kontribusi 49,68%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jembrana.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the contribution of (1) The power Type of the Principal Leadership Toward School Teacher Performance. (2) Climate Working Toward School Teacher Performance. (3) The Quality of innovative Managerial Learning Toward Teachers Performance, and (4)The power Type of the Principal Leadership . School Climate of Working, and The Quality of innovative Managerial Learning Toward Teachers Performance altogether. The populations in this study were high school teachers of State Senior High School in Jemberana Regency totally 219 people. By using the table of Isaac and Michael set the total sample of 135 selected by proportional random sampling technique. This study was designed in the form of ex-post facto research. The data were collected by using a questionnaire following Likert scale models and analyzed with simple regression analysis, multiple regression and partial correlation. The result of the analysis find (1) there is a positive and significant importance between the power type of the Principal Leadership toward Teachers Performance with a contribution of 27.90%, and 15.52% effective contribution. (2) There is a significant and positive contribution to the Schools Working Climate toward Teachers Performance with a contribution of 38.60%. (3) There is a positive and significant contribution of The Quality of innovative Managerial Learning toward Teachers Performance with a contribution of 10.00%, and the effective contribution of 4.52%, and (4) simultaneously there are positive and significant contribution Schools Work Climate. Work Climate School, The Quality of innovative Managerial Learning toward Teachers Performance with contribution 49.68%. Based on these findings it can be concluded that separately and simultaneously there is a significant positive contribution and leadership of Principal Type Power of Attorney. School Working climate, and The Quality of innovative Managerial Learning toward Teachers Performance of State Senior High School in Jemberana Regency. The three independent variables in this study can be used as a predictor of Teachers performance level tendencies of State Senior High School in Jemberana Regency.
