STUDI EVALUATIF PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN SISWA DI SEKOLAH SMK WIDYA MANDALA BADUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin siswa ditinjau dari segi konteks di SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. 2) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin siswa ditinjau dari segi input di SMK Widya Mandala, Badung.3) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin siswa ditinjau dari segi proses di SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. 4) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin siswa ditinjau dari segi produk di SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. 5) Untuk mengetahui kendala–kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin siswa SMK Widya Mandala Badung. Rancangan penelitian, penelitian Evaluatif Deskripsi sampel penelitian 120 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode CIPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: efektivitas pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan ditinjau dari segi konteks di SMK Widya Mandala, Badung, dengan mean, 92,233, segi input dengan mean 90,367, segi proses dengan mean 90,95 dan segi produk 85,05. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa antara lain, siswa terkadang sulit diberitahu orangtua dan siswa banyak kena pengaruh negatif lingkungan luar sekola, sehingga guru perlu menggunakan pendekatan khusus untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bawah metode CIPP efektif dalam menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa.

This research aimed at 1) identifying the effectiveness of the execution of citizenship education to improve the students’ discipline seen from the context of SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. 2) discovering the effectiveness of the execution of citizenship education to improve the students’ discipline seen from the input of SMK Widya Mandala, Badung.3) recognizing the effectiveness of the execution of citizenship education to improve the students’ discipline seen from the process of SMK Widya Mandala, Badung 4) acknowledging the effectiveness of the execution of citizenship education to improve the students’ discipline seen from the product of SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. 5) identifying the problems faced in conducting citizenship education in improving the discipline of students in vocational school of SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. The design of this research was an evaluative study using descriptive quantitative analysis. The samples of the study were the school principal, the representatives of parents support organization, the teachers, the school administrators, and 120 respondens. Thetsdata were analyzed using CIPP method. The results show that in terms of the context, the mean score was 92.233, in terms of input, the mean score was 90.367, in the form of process, the score was 90.95, and in the form of product, the score was 85.05. In relation to the problems, students were sometimes difficult to be reprimanded by their parents and were affected by the negative influences from outside the school, so the teacher should used a special approach to handle the problems. In conclusion, it is obvious that CIPP was an effective method to analyze the citizenship education in vocational school in SMK Widya Mandala, Badung. In terms of the problems, the students had.
