KONTRIBUSI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM SEKOLAH, DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN PARA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR SE-GUGUS I KECAMATAN KARANGASEM
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (2) kontribusi iklim sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (3) kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (4) kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran para guru sekolah dasar se-gugus I Kecamatan Karangasem. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 90 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi serta manggunakan observasi untuk variabel kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan analisis korelasi persial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru

This research aims to identify and analyze (1) the contribution of the principal’s leadership behaviors to the qualityof teaching learning management, (2) the contribution of school climate to the qualityof teaching learning management, (3) the contribution of achievement motivation to the quality of teaching learning management, (4) the contribution of the principal’s leadership behaviors, school climate, achievement motivation together with the teaching learning management qualities of the primary school teachers in cluster I of Karangasem District. This isan ex-post facto research. Population consist of 90 teachers. The data was collected by using questionnaire to the principal’s leadership behaviors, school climate, and achievement motivation variables, and through observation to the quality of teaching learning management variable. Data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlationanalysis. The results showed (1) that there are significant contribution among the principal's leadership behavior toward the teacher’s teaching learning management qualities (2) that there are significant contribution among school climate toward the teacher’s teaching learning management qualities (3) that there are significant contribution among the motivation achievement towardthe teacher’s teaching learning management qualities, (4) that there are significant contribution among the principal’s leadership behaviors, school climate, achievement motivation together with the teacher’s teaching learning management qualities
